WoE update goals

It is our hope that it can be launched on the Renewal servers on August 8th.
Currently what should be possible is guilds take WoE castles.
After taking, there is an "investment period" in each of the realms. Guilds as well as non-guild characters can invest with the Cat's paw agents in the appropriate realms.
TEST : Are the correct amounts taken/offered, are there alternatives to zeny?
TEST : Do the agents recognize your affiliation to guild properly?
After the investment period do they stop taking investments, and then open up the dungeons. The highest investers of the realm (guild) get access to a deeper dungeon level than the rest. Common characters can still access the normal dungeons. If ridiculous investment happens then a still deeper dungeon can be opened up that has exclusive items.
TEST : DId the dungeons open up?
TEST : When access closes what happens to characters?
TEST : Do the items and monsters work?

1. First impression of WoE update
2. WoE castles
3. WoE investment
4. Siege Equipments
1. WoE update that's currently being tested has been criticized by many players on iRO and other official servers. Whether or not this update will have positive or negative effect on live renewal servers is currently unknown until it goes live. However one thing is clear that the WoE update requires much polishing before it is implemented on live servers.
2. WoE on Sakray started out with all of the castles in each realm being open. While this is a normal occurrence on the live servers, the WoE update is supposed to remove 1 specific castle from each realm as shown in the official kRO live WoE tracker. The following castles are the ones that should have removed with this update.
Valkyrie Realm - Kriemhild (Currently owned by a guild called CA)
Luina Realm - Wuerzburg (Currently owned by a guild called Warrior.Nation)
Baldur Realm - Sacred Palace (Currently owned by a guild called Anti Social)
Britoniah Realm - Repherion (Currently owned by a guild called Valkyrie)
These castles are currently fully active with the new NPC, Gate Manager, in the interior of the castle. These castles need to be DISABLED.
3. Investment System introduces a permanent zeny/item sink where players receive WoE related items in return for investing zeny. These items include WoE potions, new siege equipments (not including the bellum weapons from the testing) and ingredients needed to create catalyst for class skills. The Investment System should also allow players to invest specific items instead of zeny but this option seems to not be available on Sakray at the moment (perhaps due to the lack of Malangdo Island update).
Moving onto second part of investment system testing, I've come across annoyingly disorganized investment notice boards that's available in each realm and quite frankly I would rather have them organized in a way that's easier to read. Examples of the investment notice boards in each realm is shown below.
Luina Realm

Valkyrie Realm

Britoniah Realm

Baldur Realm

As you can see, some notice boards are somewhat decently organized while others are just plainly atrocious. All of the investment notice boards should use the same formatting such as the one proposed below.
2nd total (unit in 10,000z)
[Castle Name], [Guild Name] Guild:
#######
[Castle Name], [Guild Name] Guild:
#######
[Castle Name], [Guild Name] Guild:
#######
[Castle Name], [Guild Name] Guild:
#######
[Realm Name] Public Investment:
#######
[Realm Name] Investment Grand Total:
#######
Aside from the Investment notice board being less than optimal, I've noticed that the certificate redeemer NPC (vending machine) sometimes give out unknown items, which I have yet to figure out what it is.
4. So far I've only managed to get siege equipments from the investment system since the guild dungeons and hall of abyss are not available. From what I've seen in-game, the descriptions are fairly accurate with the exception of some information being omitted such as equipment set bonus and Siege Plate's (called WoE Plate on Sakray) +6 upgrade effect not correctly mentioning +12% increased healing effectivness of incoming heals and potions. Another thing that could be looked into is the consistency of the siege equipment names. All of the armors should be named "Siege" or "WoE" instead of flip flopping between them for different items.

I already sent in a ticket, the number is "371-17A5EEB4-24EA"
And the four screenshots are here in the spoiler. Showing neither the guild dungeon 2nd floor nor the hall of abyss can be entered. The first floor works fine.

1. WoE castles
2. WoE investment
3. Siege Equipments
4. Guild Dungeon 2F / Hall of Abyss
1. The 4 castles that should have been disabled with the update was correctly disabled on August 2nd.
2. There's still no way for players to invest items instead of zeny as there's no Malangdo Island update on Sakray (or mains for that matter when the WoE Update gets implemented). The Cat-paw agent does give the option of handing in x number of certificates to invest but there's currently no way to even receive the certificates.
3. The vending machine NPC that used to be located at the southern part of Valkyrie Realm was removed (or moved) to another location. I have yet to find the NPC to redeem the investment tickets to look at the siege equipments again.
4. Guild Dungeon 2F still cannot be accessed through the Gate Keeper NPC. Client never finishes loading and the character gets stuck in a void.

Edit: It seems as if the status board is not giving us 5 hour status updates this time. We haven't gotten a single status report from it.

Edit: My guild member found and killed a Soheon and Kades in Mora town. Pretty sure they shouldn't have been there.

I think we should have a scheduled in-game mini-conference between testers and a GM on Sakray. Live feedback would be much more effective. It seems there is a massive amount of problems resulting from this update on Sakray.
