Well according to the info in the link on the launch screen:

The level cap is stated now as 230 and te new map will be a game arena and not just a standard PVM map, so why am I worried?

So the next question that comes to my mind is will there be an IP restriction?

One thing I am still waiting for is some good old fashioned new content that Naughty and I can play, like Orlo Chapter 1 update. Or should I just give up hope?

I wonder if they are also going to update many of the in-game NPC's dialogues, as some of them tell that Luna was actually trapped by Hebarn, whereas some others mention that the Arumic guys were there even before Luna was trapped and they even talked to her.

Just sayin'. Tho, they might have already changed. It's been a long while since the last time I read them.

Sea of Dawn = PvM
with the Game Arena I believe they announced a new PvP map/type as well.
Orlo was just starting to get touched up a week or so ago as well.

Should be about 18 mins for maintenance unless it's changed. And yes once maintenance is over the changes should be applied.

Speaking of PVM and while we are on the subject of it, what I want to know about is what happened to Orlo Chapter 3? They did announce over 2 years ago, yes? that Orlo would have 3 chapters yes? Sometime in my lifetime would be nice. I haven't heard a peep about it in a long time.

Uhm, that makes sense though? The Shamans where originally there first. They had direct ties to Luna and could speak with the Deity. That is until Hebarn fell in love with Luna. and Luna rejected his love [to some degree] so he trapped her inside the Sea of Dawn by using the Shamans themselves. A tleast that's the way I read this. I didn't read 100% of the dialog to the Hero quest originally soo yeap.

From what I've noticed, I think the epic weponry might be a little weaker, just finding a high dura Luna weapon could be a problem.
