Well, if you can steal more than one item, then the chance should be lowered, and the skill working only once per enemy. And a small cooldown too, like 10 seconds maybe?
Okay, let me think on a few.
Spirit Bomb: (Dragon Ball reference)
The sorcerer draws energy from all the people close, to deal a powerful finishing attack to an enemy.
Maximum level: 5
MATK: INT * skill level + [(INT/2) * number of people on screen of the caster]
SP Cost: (100 * skill level)
Cooldown: 10 seconds (During this time, the sorcerer can't use any other skill)
Cast time: 3 seconds fixed, 15 seconds variable (close to Comet)
Let me think now on a wanderer skill...
Sexy Dance: (Persona 4 reference)
The wanderer (yes, a female-exclusive skill) aims in a target. If the skill works, the target, and anyone on their sides (3x3 aoe) falls on a "Charm" status. Similar to Siren's Voice, the skill can't allow the character to be attacked by anything. But instead, any "ally" unit of the caster gets immune to damage from this source, and any "ally" unit of the enemy passes to be a viable target to the attack. The number of performers in party affects the success rate, but not the duration, which can be reduced by having high job levels and INT
[Therefore: Monsters would attack each other, and skills from a charmed caster will become friendly fire]
Maximum level: 5
Success Rate: 10% + 2*skill level + (2*Voice Lessons level + 2*extra performers in party)%
Duration: 5 (fixed) + (5 + 2 * skill level) - target's(INT/20 + Job Level /10)
SP cost: 100
Cast Time: 2s (fixed) + 5s (variable)
Cooldown: 10s
