Used to be able to just run setup.exe and it would fix this.
The updated setup.exe is not doing what the old one used to. What has changed?
I know you'll probably say 'update your device drivers' but that seriously has never been the issue.
Also, Renewal runs just fine, this is only effecting classic.

Getting this error when I try to run a second client. No problems running only one. If I try to open 2 at the same time (that is, open 2 patchers before starting either client), the first one gives an error along the lines of "No clientinfo file!" followed by an error message in Korean or gibberish. The second client opened runs fine.
Edit: compatibility mode got it working (using the method of opening 2 patchers).
