I tried to log in on Classic and it showed me an error saying " No ClientInfo file!!" then I press OK and it says " C:/Users/(my name)\New Folder/Gravity/Ragnarok Online/data/RixSquirrel_10.eot.
It was working fine earlier and this error just recently popped up. any help?

Please try re-patching, run the setup.exe, then the ragnarok.exe then the classic client.

err repatch? how do you do that? and did the setup, then the Ragexe but it showed up as a blank error

i'm also having the same problem...two reinstalls and no luck in repatching... help please???

Did you change compatibility whatsoever? If yes, just untick that one, and try to give it a go.

This happened to me while I changed the compatibility on the classic client.

The client automatically patches when you start it up. Please redownload the installation client, and install the game to a new folder, on the desktop.

Oda, I did that and it works fine for a while but then it gives me the same error.

I'm getting the same error. Game worked fine for me earlier. I didn't change anything and now it's showing this error.

Okay I logged in the regular ro, walked around. Tried classic again and it works fine for me.

That's an odd solution, but I tried it and still no luck >_< It works fine sometimes then randomly it gives me that error. any clue to why?

i'm guessing that this topic has already been necro'd, however the same problem still persists, and i am having this kind of problem too. whenever i try to play classic, the exact error message "No ClientFile Info !!" shows  up. and when i try to immediately run ClassicRO again, same thing happens. but if i wait for about 10 mins or so, client works perfectly fine. i have searched all over the internet for possible fixes, tried bypassing patcher, but when i do that, it's not loki but chaos server that opens.

is there no permanent fix for this? i wanna play classic, ty for help

There is a thread with detailed instructions to fix this somewhere in the first few pages of the main (ie, not classic) tech support forum (I've copy-pasted it into at least 3-4 threads). I'm running late so I don't have time to look it up atm. This thread is from before we'd figured out how to work around this.
