Where can I get Tough Scalelike Stems?
Also, anyone else feel like hunting stem worms is a bit tough for a archer of job lvl 30?

You're not supposed to be able to hunt the stems as soon as you can get the skill at job 30. You're supposed to get the skill when you are capable of killing stemworms!
