Also, what is the exact name of the installer you're installing from, and where did you download it from?

The Full installer's name is:
iRO-14.1.2-FullInstall-20120816-2012.msi
The Full website is:
http://www.playragna...ntdownload.aspx
Its really weird that a microsoft machine cant read a .msi file if you ask me...

Ive tried atleast 2 other sources and those dont work... It might be the file type itself i'm thinking. I can try running it through a converter to change it to something else perhaps?.Unfortunately, your copy of the installer is corrupted and you must therefore download it again.

But you can try the non-msi installer version from irowiki ( irowiki.org/wiki/Clients_and_Patches )

If you wish to check for certain whether your copy of the installer is corrupted, then do the following:
- Download, extract, and then open SFV Ninja.
- Choose "file", "add files to list" from the menu bar.
- Choose the IRO client installer file.
- Set the value of the "mode" field (on the tool bar) to "MD5".
- Press F6 and then wait until the file's hash has been calculated.
- Compare the value of the cell in the "checksum" column (a 32-character hash) to the hash that corresponds to the version of the installer you are using in the following list:
- iRO-13.2.2-FullInstall-20110421-1717.msi: 53C0F5481EECA1F7A9268F95350E83C9
- iRO-14.1.2-FullInstall-20120816-2012.msi: 2806EE997EB555856F60CD8484AFE78A
- iRO-14.1.3-FullInstall-20121031-2012.msi (official), iRO141FullClient.msi (iRO Wiki): BF115578D107C44AA6C0E05A4A8AF864
If the hashes differ, then your copy of the installer is corrupted.
