Just wondering in regards to item/card proc rates.. I often see 'Has chance' and 'Has low chance' but what does that mean exactly (percentage wise). Also, the new headgear's description is very vague too (2500kp is a lot to spend, wouldn't hurt to be clear)

Item desc on iro site:

Has a chance of auto casting Level 3 Grand Cross on the user when receiving physical damage. DEX+3
Depending on the upgrade level, will give bonuses to chance to autocast and level of Grand Cross triggered

Q1. What is default chance.
Q2. Proc rate changes + GC level per item upgrade is?

Don't know the default rate on iRo, but it's 3% chance. As for the upgrade bonus, it's usually capped at +14.
