Give him with your ticket number, so he can answer your questions and check on the status of your ticket.
If you have any problems using the Forums pm system, by all means post back here, so a Moderator can help hook you and Corvus up.

I guess it all depends on what your issue's have been, that has defined your thoughts on the Support system.
Corvus is the best man for you to speak privately with about that.

It should take 24 MINUMUM before someone from the support/gm team are going to reply to your ticket.

They haven't replied to my ticket for over 2-3 weeks one time and i dont blame them it's summer and they might had been busy.
Anyways good to hear that so you might change the topic name to 'CLOSED' so the forum moderator can close this topic.

Well to be very frank i dont care how busy they are , i am paying for this game , yes i do understand that people get busy , but if they really care for their customers(players) they would hire more staff if needed rather than keeping someone on hold for ages. Waiting for 24 hours is fine but for 3-4 days with no response at all , well i cant do that , i have experienced better support So my expectations are high. Forum mod already knows that the problem got solved U can scroll back and check Thanks for your concern though.

I left this Topic open as it's something that does crop up from time to time.
Would really like to keep the lines of Support, for Players experiencing problems, fully open.
some players may feel nervous about approaching the GM team and worry that they are not doing the right thing.
I hope Topics like this reassures them, that it's fine to ask questions and make enquiries.
Also feedback, good or bad, can be a marvelous thing.
