I have edited Leo's original sentence to provide more accurate information, but I'll say it again here too:
1. A consumable quest item now drops (rarely) of all monsters in Orlo. After finding the item and beginning its quest, you will need to bring this to [Pharoah Queen] Alana to proceed!
2. Mechanic Kreinto has a new invention to test out and if you survive, you will have a fashionable new costume back piece (sorry about the level requirement - this will be removed next patch)
So get questing and have fun!!!!

I got the quest, and already have Hiria's Tear. First you have to get the dusty jewel. Then go to Alana, double click on the jewel, and then talk to her. Sometimes, you have to do this several times, you may even have to relog, but eventually, Alana will give you the quest. Good luck all!
did it on 2 chars and worked perfectly fine at first attempt.
btw, can someone confirm it's 1 per character and not one per account?

1. Double click on the scroll after you place it in your inventory.
2. Click the item(s) you wish to appraise.
3. When you are done right click to quit appraising.

Developers are game makers and that's their job to make a good game. If they suck at it and need help from players then just change job .
Kinda lame to have others telling the staff what to do..
And a good 'game maker' makes a game their players enjoy. Hence, the feedback is important to us. We can think something is a good idea all we want but ROSE has an existing structure already that you all enjoy and we don't want to take that away. But there are some things we want to fix. You can learn more about it in the Pegasus section of the forums where I go in to more details behind why some changes are being made.
So we're testing those mechanics and balances now and because there are an endless number of possibilities, we do turn to our community to help us validate if the changes are good ones or not.
i did test but my voice was too tiny
No voice is too tiny.

The Item Appraisal Scroll is purchased through the Item Mall, in-game. It acts similarly to the Salon Coupon, where you use it and a dialog will appear with information and instructions regarding the item. You can use it just like you would from an NPC, to appraise items in your inventory, but without needing to return to town.
Thank you Zurn for the quick visual turorial.

Perfect Repair Hammers do not reduce durability on items.
GA wait time still sucks. true
The change made were enhancements intended to help with queue time, but if the queue doesn't match up, it still won't conclude. More efforts will be made as time goes on to help assist with the matches queue time.

As Leonis said, if the teams do not meet the requirements, the game will not start (which can be frequent with Crystal Defenders due to Clerics missing on one or both of the teams).
