It is possible to release and amp using these scrolls correct? Do I release then quickly use the scroll?

It is possible and there is a trick behind it, but to comprehend the trick you will have to ask a long time Warlock player like Wizard. I believe you must use the Scroll right off the bat as you click to cast, but I can't be certain myself since I do not play Warlock Class.

Just buy 15, try different ways to use them with release, then learn the real way to use them,it is not so hard, if you can't figure it out, play a sura

I will give you a hint:
You can not use them right while doing another skill.

Yes you can... the window timing it's directly proportional to your stats...

It's not hard at all. Just hit the hotkey for Myst Amp as soon as you see Release !! above your head. You know you did it right if you see Comet !! above your head, and the scroll was consumed. If the last thing you see is Mystical Amplification !!, you did it too late.
