Introduction
Once upon a time Edict was a guild on the Dekard server. Then a monster named THQICE decided to poop on dragonica and left us for dead. When the angel WarpPortal came to save dragonica Edict was no more and migrated over to Soul. Blah blah blah. Blah blah blah. Everybody (to my knowledge) quit and here i am trying to bring it back.
