So, i stoped playing iRO before the WarpPortal update and all my 3 accounts aren't bount to a WarpPortal account, the problem is: My Password got reseted but i didn't receive a letter to my game e-mail and i didn't have WarpPortal account to ask to send me the new password...Now i want to play again and i can't because i need to know the new password.Help me please .-.

I have an account that is not tied to Warp Portal. I am needed to reset the password for that account too. But problem is, I'm not sure where to and how to. what should I do with that account? There's my baby in there XD

2. Go to your Account Management.
3. Click on Add Existing Account.
4. On the Add page, click on the Forgot Game Password link.
5. Enter the required information.
6. Submit.
