What does that mean exactly? The promotion did or didn't end yesterday & we are or aren't getting more dolls?

Just because you ask for something it needs to be implemented? NOPE what the heck are you going on about. Maybe they have a different plan or have a reason not to.

I see we were also ignored as far as adding the Mystical Amp Scrolls & Goblin Rings to Boxter along with the Autumn Leaves. What was done this maintenance that we asked for???

No need to flame especially when you are including your own server too. All servers are free & I haven't said anything else that anyone else on other servers haven't said. Maybe you should read back more closely :xd

We are a teeny -tiny team of people and mistakes happen. It doesn't mean that you guys have to like or tolerate that, all I can ask if for a few hours more of patience.

Fix the lucky junk box.

My friends have bought it and get gravity errors. He opened one, it displays the name and the ' ' displays empty. He tries to hover over the waste of money he just got and it crashes his game, awesome.

We are still going to have a Halloween Lucky box, the RWC was originally a lucky box but we split it in two so users would be able to pick up the accessory items separately. Since they are untradable and not yet enchantable, we wanted to split them up from the upgradeable gears. Some of the other items that were going to come out of the RWC lucky box were white pot or dead branch boxes which weren't much of a value for the player.

The box is on the docket for fixes.

Where do you guys draw the line of asking customers to be supportive? You have to stop at some point. The mistakes are getting ridiculous.

Question.. since the TI are forked.. does that mean people who 'grabbed' the quest before its being fixed keep the quest or do we have to wait til tomorrow to grab the new 'Fixed' TI?

or... can we have both of them? orrrrrrrrrr... is there gonna be a mini roll back to remove the TIs that were picked up after maint til the fix TI?

That being said, I do understand that you guys have a really small team to work with (I'm sure the crappy national and state economy is not helping). If it was possible, I'd like to work for Warp Portal, but unfortunately I live in Georgia and I'm trying to rush my way through college at the moment. Maybe when I'm done in a couple of years you'd be interested in hiring someone with a BA in Applied Linguistics and a minor in Japanese? xD

Ramen's feedback is the definition of constructive criticism. It's much harder for us to gloss over an issue with "oh the community is just being overly harsh on this issue" when it's presented in a reasonable way.

The sprites for the RWC boxes have been fixed, please re-patch your client as an admin and they will be showing up properly.

We may not be able to remove/reset people who had picked up the old turn in this morning, but we are boosting the numbers of last week monsters spawning on the turn in maps. Once we do our maintenance, that fix will go in and gramps will be giving extra exp for the correct turn in.
