To start off I apologize for asking so many questions here.
I'm trying to earn some money for gears, so I decided to try farming out. Currently I'm at ruins killing Pantharis King, Bone Spider King, and Aplysia King. I usually check for Sikuku Grand Master (might be grand king not sure name) but it's not usually there. I've heard from friends and people in game that farming epics here could take weeks to finally get one, but that's my main goal. I also thought I would be getting more medals than I am. I took a screenshot of what I've got today and yesterday (about 10 hours total).

3 pantharis medals, and 2 aplysia, with some chems and lisents, top medal is KU, (I've been disassembling equips so I don't have to go to town and I still get the mats.) I don't mean to sound impatient at all if it takes time I will stick to it no problem. I just wanted to know is this the usual inventory load for farming for that time frame? And would I have higher chance of epic drop on Orlo?

are you using costumes with additional drop rates and/or medal of fortunes?

No medal of fortunes, kinda broke. :x
But I am using +50% halloween mask and this account is premium.
Edit: Now using devil set after maintenance today gives +25% drop as well.

i'd say thats decent farming. the bosses in orlo are spread across a few maps so they're a little harder to farm. i'm not sure if the drop rate for epics is better or worse though.. i'm assuming its better in orlo since the monsters are of a higher level

I would suggest adding in mob killing in your off time, mostly try to farm lisent / purple powders, doesnt seem like much at 3-400k a powder/lisent but~ if you get 80 between the two then there about 30mil.
