Ok so I have been at this for hours and I can not for the life of me find these stupid kids I am suppose to talk to. I have been trying to find the spots they are at Phoebe 314, 154, Selena 277, 23, and Luna 65,82. I haven't played in a long time so I am still trying to figure out the /where for each map but Niff is just weird to me if some one could please help me I am on ygg server and my char is Musa De Lunesta

Ok so I found Phoebe but can't find the other two any help is appreciated ty
and now I just found Selene

Look for good hide-and-seek locations. They're not out in the open. =P
