I'm wondering if it resets both stats and skills? For the free reset, can you choose say, just reset the skills and you can do stats later, or does it do both at once?
Does free reset do both stat/skills or just stats?

Free reset resets both skills and stats.

Both, and they are reset at the same time, you can't just reset one or the other.
