So I noticed Rogues and the following classes to that are mostly PvP but I don't really do much of WoE so I was wondering what type of build and skills should I invest in? I notice that using a Bow would be useful but I do like my Daggers. I need some advice.

Rogue job branch is made FOR WOE imo. All their skills are pointing to it. They were meant to harass and disable, quite annoying too.

I can give you advice for LEVELING a rogue/stalker/chaser, but not with what to do end game aside from pvp/woe, as that's all I plan on using mine for.
As a rogue/stalker, two words: Land Mine.
Once you're in range of harpies, copy land mine, and just land mine harpies until 86. From there, go to hill winds and do the exact same thing.
If you have a moonlight dagger + earth deleter armor, you will never run out of sp. (3 sp per hit from landmine, 10 sp per kill. Since you 1 shot them, youll spend 10 sp and get back 13 sp from each landmine).
Once you get shadow chaser and you have Reproduce 5, reset your stats to strength/vit/dex, and copy Bowling Bash and Ignition Break. From there, you level like Rune Knight. Backslide makes easy mobs, and you should be able to solo basically every turn in.
