what's the purpose of the seal quest renovation? Is it mostly for ymir's lack of population? cuz IMO the other two servers really don't need that... and that means you can only do seal 1 25 times before it's closed which kinda ruins the purpose of seal 1 (getting KvM badges)

Seal 1 already closes within like an hour or something ridiculous on valk server... wouldn't this just make it impossible to do the seal?

I am still confuse about enchant, say I got +12 TSOD unenchanted here, If i enchant it with malangdo enchant, will my TSOD refinement downdrage to +0 TSOD ?

That's not so cool about seal quests.

Can you cut the cost of Eden Merit Badge items in half then? Or at the very least KVM badges? I still have no idea why Heim ever raised the cost. Supposedly it was so new items can fit under the "odd" numbers... but that never happened and it's been quite awhile since he did that.
