I a returning rose player i left a year ago i wondering any new updates for x-bow scout?

X-bow aren't a good idea for now i guess.. No passives, stun.. Also x-bow knights got the right skills for a x-bow.

are you sure there are no passives or struns becouse i reading the skills in bow/scout and they all say for bow and crossbow? Or am i miss reading it?

I'm note sure about this but if I'm right, stuns, and "debuff" skills do not work.

the problem of xbow scouts re the lower range and you have to get too mutch strength what makes you losing a lot of stat points

Edit: If Xbows would need dex you might be stronger than bow scouts

All scout skills [active + passive] from bow + scout tree work for xbow. The only skill that doesn't work properly is the a-spd passive, it doesn't include xbows, but the buffs do.

There's 2 distict builds I was running, haven't tested capped PvP though,

Crit + Aspd

Str = Bow requirement
Con = 200
Dex = 100
Sen = rest

Gear
Typhoon + P7
Glorious Boots / Hands
Precious Chest w/ Sagi/P7 + Head
Eudy 60/40 or 50/40
IM Shield - 50/40 shield of any you have STR enough to use
Epic xBow / Prec Six Stick gemmed Sagi / P7 / Ta7

or AP build

STR = 320
Con = 200
Dex = rest
Sen = 50

Gear
Glori Full or Foot + Hands
- Chiv Chest + Head Gem w/ D7 or G7
Hebarn/Arua set w| G7 / D7
Chiv Raptor xBow w| G7 / D7
Raptor Back AP sub stat
IM Shield or AP STR shield

as for skills it's the exact same build as regular Scout, cept you can spamm triple shot because xBow cast triple 2x faster than Bow scouts do.

It is a hawker based class so.... Dex should be the highest stat.

if i were trying it id do like
str required for bow
300 dex
280 con
rest sen

i always wanted to try this. but never had enough zulie to fund the xbow and shield lols

For now* I has been corrected in the pegasus testing session to include xbows. and xbow scout was given a full skill tree dedicated to xbows and shield skills.

I have a xbow scout lvl 195 so far and I must say from leveling that he is a tank already. When you add Lots of Dodge with lots of defense and hp then throw 15% block rate on top your kinda a tank. IMO xbow scout > xbow knight simply because xbow knight only has 4 skills and 1 is taunt shot >.<

EDIT: Also Feuer has a good build there, the only thing I would change personally is a bit more sen because I like not missing =P Plus it slows your enemy a lot if ur constantly critting them.

I've switch from a bow to an xbow scout, honestly, other than the slower attack speed, I like it a little bit better than the bow scout. But I will say this, I'm more for annoying people than for damaging them, so I have just enough str to hold the xbow which is 249 for the Hardened Raptor Crossbow, Dex is my main stat which is set to about 360 or so. 200 con, and the rest Sen.

With just those stats, and still using the skills from when I was a bow scout, I'm rather happy about it so far, I still need to do a skill reset for it.
