I was wondering if there is anyway to delete old tickets from my list? I like keeping things organized and I submit alot of bot reports. Every bot report I have ever sent is still in my list. I wanna get rid of them. Can I do that?

Nope. Tickets you submit through your WP Support account will always remain on your WP Support account. It helps to see that if you've encountered a problem again, you can simply reopen that ticket instead of having to submit a new one.
