Some input on AGI Monks is appreciated as it's not something I've used much or really cared for. Spoiler tags will make this easier to navigate as it expands.
First and foremost. Job 50 Acolyte is REQUIRED. Even more so, if you do not go job 50 High Aco, delete yourself.
Champion is the current kill-all class in Classic RO, the only class capable of efficiently taking out any opponent quickly and relatively easily. There are many flavors of Monk/Champ which I will cover, but lets first look at the skills available to you and your class line:
Acolyte Skills
Spoiler
Divine Protection - 10 Levels
Grants damage reduction from Undead and Demons. The effect is marginal, but you are required to master this skill.
Demon Bane - 10 Levels - Divine Protection 3 required
Grants a damage boost to Undead and Demons. The effect is marginal, but you are required to master this skill.
Heal - 10 Levels
Enables you to heal yourself and others. The amount healed is [(BaseLvl+INT)/8*(4+8*SkillLvl)]. The largest modifications come from your base level and the skills level, and few types of Monks have a lot of room for INT. Even so, with 1 base INT you will heal over 1000 in higher levels. Costs 40 SP which is pretty big.
Increase AGI - 10 Levels - Heal 3 required
Increase AGI increases the targets movement speed by 2+SkillLvl and provides a flat bonus of 25% movement speed. Counters Decrease AGI.
Blessing - 10 Levels - Divine Protection 5 required
Blessing increases your STR, INT, and DEX by the SkillLvl. This means you get a free STR bonus. You should master this skill.
Decrease AGI - 10 Levels - Increase AGI 1 required
The opposite of Increase AGI, can only be used on opponents. The most use of this comes from the reduction of movement speed. Level 1 is recommended.
Angelus - 10 Levels - Divine Protection 3 required
Increases your VIT DEF. Effect is marginal. Ignore this skill.
Signum Crusis - 10 Levels - Demon Bane 3 required
Reduces monster DEF. May possibly be useful for AGI Monks if you intend to spend a lot of time leveling on High DEF undead. Not recommended.
Aqua Benedicta - 1 Level
Creates a Holy Water. Consumes 1 Empty Bottle. You must be standing in water to cast this skill (Deluge and Watery Evasion count as water). Holy Water cures the Curse status. This skill is a priest skill, really. You should ignore it. If you want to make Holy Waters, put this skill on an aco slave.
Ruwach - 1 Level
Creates a 5x5 area (2 cells in all directions) around the caster that reveals hidden characters (Hide, Cloak), deals a small amount of Holy damage, and causes the caster to animate every time an opponent is revealed. This is useful for PvP, WoE, and leveling in Sleepers. Get it.
Teleport - 2 Levels - Ruwach required
Allows you to teleport to a random location on your current map (level 1), or back to your save point (level 2). Important skill.
Warp Portal - 4 Levels - Teleport 2 required
Allows you to create a warp to your save point (level 1), and up to three other memoable areas (using the /memo command) by consuming a blue gem. Each warp can fit up to 8 players before becoming useless. Once you step into a warp, all of your warp portals on that map will vanish. You may have 3 warp portals active at any given time.
Pneuma - 1 Level - Warp Portal 4 required
Creates a 3x3 area on the ground that blocks all long range damage for anyone standing in it. Necessary for PvP and WoE. Extremely useful for leveling, especially at lower levels. Highly recommended.
Monk Skills
Spoiler
Iron Fists - 10 Levels - Requires Demon Bane and Divine Protection 10
Gives you mastery damage for fists. Effect is marginal, but this skill is required for all monk skills. Level 5 recommended/required.
Summon Spirit Sphere - 5 Levels - Iron Fists 2 required
Calls a single Spirit Sphere to you. You can have 1 Spirit Sphere per skill level. Spirit Spheres are the basis of all Monk skills. Level 5 is required.
Spiritual Sphere Absorbtion - 1 Level - Summon Spirit Sphere 5 required
Allows you to absorb all spirit spheres currently held by an opponent. If used on a non-boss monster, has a 20% chance of absorbing 2*monster level SP. This spell is what will keep you leveling if you want to save blues. Get it.
Occult Impaction - 5 Levels - Summon Spirit Sphere 5 required
Deals neutral damage based on your targets defense. More defense, more damage. This skill is the primary leveling skill of Spirit and MVP Monks. Get it, and get level 5.
Throw Spirit Sphere - 5 Levels - Occult Impaction 3 required
Hurls up to SkillLvl spheres at an enemy, doing (125+25*SkillLvl)% attack damage. Note that you can use any level of this spell regardless of your current sphere count and get the bonus of that level. (As in, using level 5 with 1 sphere will do much more damage than using level 1 with 1 sphere). Not a viable leveling skill due to the amount of time it takes to use. However, it's a useful skill to deal with the low vit mobs that show up in your leveling places. Level 3 recommended.
As a Champion this skill is more viable as a leveling tool, but still slower than Occult Impaction.
Fury - 5 Levels - Absorb Spirits required
Increases your critical by (7.5 + 2.5*SkillLvl) and halts natural SP Regeneration. While Fury is active, Snap's Spirit Sphere cost is removed and Guillotine Fist becomes usable (assuming you have the maximum number of spirit spheres currently possible). Level 3 recommended.
Guillotine Fist - 5 Levels - Fury and Throw Spirit Sphere 3 required
This skill consumes all of your SP, Spirit Spheres and Fury status and is the highest burst damage skill in the game. Increasing the skill level increases the damage and reduces the cast time. The final damage is based majorly off of your weapon, ATK, and current SP. Capable of killing any class in a single hit depending on your STR/SP, and has a pretty short cast time. In PvP and WoE, this is the only skill you should be using for damage. Level 5 required if you intend to WoE or MvP.
Flee - 10 Levels - Iron Fists and Summon Spirit Sphere 5 required
Increases your flee by 1.5*SkillLvl. Useful for AGI Monks. For other types, get level 5 for prerequisites.
Raging Trifecta Blow - 10 Levels - Flee 5 required
Combo initiation skill. RTB is a passive skill that procs automatically while hitting. After RTB, you have a short window of time to activate your combo skills. Level 5 is generally enough. Combo builds may opt for level 10.
Raging Quadruple Blow - 5 Levels - Raging Trifecta Blow 5 required
Combo skill that immediately follows RTB and can only be used after RTB procs. If you're going combo, level 5 is recommended.
Raging Thrust - 5 Levels - Raging Quadruple Blow 3 required
Consumes a spirit sphere. With a soul link, becomes a 5x5 AoE attack. Guillotine Fist can be used immediately after at the cost of 4 spheres and Fury. When used in this way, the cast time is ignored.
Root - 5 Levels - Flee 5 required
Consumes a spirit sphere. Catches and locks an enemy, prevent them from fighting back. Depending on the skill level, you may attack in this state:
1 - No attacks allowed
2 - Throw Spirit Sphere allowed
3 - Occult Impaction allowed
4 - Raging Qraduple Blow allowed
5 - Guillotine Fist allowed
Can be nice, but monks typically don't have enough skill points to invest in level 5.
Mental Strength - 5 Levels - Raging Thrust 3 required
Fixes your DEF and MDEF at 90, causing you to take minimal damage. Very helpful for tanking dungeons. Worthless in PvP and WoE (except for trolling that will abruptly end when you get GFisted.) Skill level increases duration.
Spiritual Cadence - 5 Levels - Root 2 required
Gives a boost to HP and SP recovery of 4*SkillLvl + MaxHP/500 and 2*SkillLvl + MaxSP/100. Guillotine Fist natural recovery cooldown eliminates the MaxHP/MaxSP bonuses. Only works when sitting, and works when overweight (but takes twice as long to proc). Not really useful.
Snap - 1 Level - Guillotine Fist 3, Spiritual Cadence 2 and Mental Strength 3 required
Allows fast travel to any location on the map that has an uninterrupted, straight line path (ie, you can not snap up cliffs or through trees). After use, Guillotine Fist will be disabled for 2 seconds. The best rapid movement skill in the game by any means. Required to be competitive in WoE and PvP, and requires 47 skill points to learn. By acquiring this skill, you can only get GFist, Occult, or TSS to max level. Useful for MvPing as well.
Spiritual Bestowment - Quest Skill
Transfers spirit spheres to a member of your party. This can be useful to give to Swordsman classes so they get some bonus damage that never misses, allowing them to stun high Agility characters.
Excruciating Palm - Quest Skill
A weird AoE skill. Ignores card effects (%Damage cards) so not a very viable leveling choice. Hits a mob and all adjacent mobs are knocked back and possibly stunned, but not the monster you actually hit. Could get you out of a sticky situation.
Champion Skills
Spoiler
Raging Palm Strike - 5 Levels - Iron Fist 7 and Summon Spirit Sphere 5 required
Pushes an enemy back 3 cells after an odd time delay. Requires you to be in Fury state, and deals (200+100*SkillLv)% ATK damage to your target. As far as I remember, the knockback works even if the target is in safety wall. Level 1 is sufficient for PvP.
Glacier Fist - 5 Levels - Iron Fist, Raging Trifecta Blow and Summon Spirit Sphere 5 and Raging Thrust 3 required
Consumes 1 sphere and extends your combo beyond Raging Thrust. Has a high chance to stun. Deals (40 + 100*SkillLv)% ATK damage.
Chain Crush Combo - 10 Levels - Iron Fist and Summon Spirit Sphere 5 and Glacier Fist 2 required
Extends your combo beyond Raging Thrust OR Glacier Fist. Consumes 2 Spirit Spheres. Guillotine Fist can be comboed after this attack. Deals (400+100*SkillLv)% ATK damage.
Zen - 1 Level - Fury 5 required
Quickly summons all 5 spirit spheres to you. This is your best Champion skill, as it greatly increases the effectiveness of the Monk line. Unfortunately, this skill CAN be interrupted, so use it wisely.
With all those skills, you actually have relatively few path options. You can realistically be:
AGI Combo
Spirit
MVP Champion (Don't build an MvP Monk)
Mental Strength
AGI/Spirit leveling Monk
AGI Combo is a fun/leveling build, but useless in WoE due to poor stat allocation, low GFist damage, and the fact that it's a control-click build.
Spirit is a WoE/PvP build focused on casting speed, survivability, and damage.
MVP is an... MVP build focused on pure damage output and possibly casting speed. This is for Champions now.
Mental Strength is good enough to use without a specialized build, but the more VIT the better. Rarely will someone create a pure MS Monk, instead just relying on MS 3~5 to level in guild dungeons.
AGI/Spirit leveling Monk is a flee based build for Spirit Monks to enable easy soloing by fleeing mobs to conserve SP.
How to build -------------------- | MvP Monk --------------------
Spoiler
STR: Max
VIT: to taste (If you solo, you'll need a decent bit to resist stun)
DEX: to taste (Really high for solo, don't need much for tanked MvPs)
INT: to taste (Really high if you rely on parties, otherwise not too much)
STR is your main stat here, the bulk of your damage comes from it. Getting 120+ STR is the goal. Beyond that, your build is up to you:
If you plan to solo MvPs, DEX for cast speed and VIT for survivability
If you plan to kill tanked MvPs: INT for damage, DEX for speed
Stat build path:
9/9/9 STR DEX AGI
(Before you hit Monk)
STR: 7x - You need 100 STR to 1-shot turtles with Lex, this should be an immediate goal. Or 8x - 110 STR to 1-shot sleepers
DEX: ~30 - Really just whatever you need to hit things reliably. Pretty much get this first.
VIT: 1~20 - You probably don't need it yet if you plan on getting any
INT: 1~40 - You probably don't need it yet unless you're soloing all the way, then some may help you get out of aco
At 90:
STR: Should have your final bonus (94+26)
DEX: Should be approaching or already at its final value. DEX increases leveling speed. If you solo sleepers, you can get your final DEX before hitting 94 base STR
VIT: VIT should be the last stat you build, so you will be starting on it soon. Note that it provides little to no leveling help.
INT: This depends. If you're getting high INT (70+), you may want to get it before maxing your STR to help with leveling
Skill Path:
Immediately get Occult Impaction 5 to level. Since you need to reset to get Snap/GFist 5, it could be worth it to max out Increase AGI and Heal to help speed up solo leveling. Sacrificing Guillotine Fist 5 to save on a Neuralizer for when you hit 99 is just not acceptable for any form of competitive MvPing.
Primary leveling location: Sleepers, Turtles with Priest, Stalactite Golems with Priest
Gear:
Upper: +9 Maestro Red Ribbon Hat > +7 Incubus Red Ribbon Hat > Incubus/Carat Carded headgear (Hunting Cap, Alice Doll, Red Pirate Bandana, etc)
Middle: Incubus Sunnies > Robo Eye
Lower: Pirate Dagger, Well Chewed Pencil
Armor: Porcellio or Marc/Evil Druid if the MvP can freeze/SC you
Shield: Race resistance shield
Muffler: Raydric -- nothing at this point is really beneficial to GFist damage
Shoes: Sohee, +9 Superiors if you can reach the next STR Bonus only if you have them on
Accessory: Muscle Rings, Phen/Bloody Butterfly Clip
Weapon: Carded weapon for maximum damage. This depends on your end strength. Optimal weapon is going to be carded with Abysmal Knight Cards, which are highly expensive.
+10 Triple AK Mino is the best
+10 Double AK is pretty damn close at maximum but the damage range is gigantic
Foods included
STR: High (100~120)
VIT: High (70~100)
DEX: High (100~149)
INT: Low to Medium (1~60)
It's hard to say what your main stat is. STR for the damage to kill fully reduced characters, VIT for the survivability and stun resistance, DEX for the cast speed, and INT as a dump stat for extra damage. Your STR should not rely on food to level, but if you want to rely on non-+10 foods for WoE, that's entirely up to you. If you only plan on PvPing, you can keep to the lower end of STR and focus more on DEX.
Leveling Path:
9/9/9 STR/DEX/AGI
As aco:
Follow the same path at MvP Monk. STR directly to 100 or 110 depending on how you want to level (100 for partied at turtles, 110 to solo sleepers). If you're gettig a little INT, get it early on as it'll help with leveling a bit.
At level 90:
STR: Should be at your final value already. 100 or 110 without food.
VIT: Should have very few points allocated here, if any at all. This is the last stat you should max.
DEX: Should be at or very near to the final value. DEX speeds up leveling. You should max it right after STR.
INT: If you plan on getting INT, get it early on so it helps with leveling. As such, it should be maxed out now.
Primary leveling skill: Occult Impaction
Primary PvP/WoE skills: Snap, TSS 1 (cancel Emergency Call when user is in SWall or far away), Guillotine Fist
Primary leveling locations: Sleepers, Turtles with Priest, GD with Mental Strength
Gears (PvP/WoE):
Upper: Poopoo, Alice (Incubus), Red Pirate Bandana (Incubus), Ramen Hat
Middle: Incubus Sunnies > Robo Eye, Masqurade
Lower: Well Chewed Pencil, Pirate Dagger
Armor: Marc/ED Silk
Shield: Thara Frog Buckler
Muffler: Raydric Muffler
Shoes: Sohee, Verit, Superiors
Accessory: Zerom Gloves, Smokie Clip, Horong Clip, Mantis Rings
Weapon: Bloody Boned Stunner (Better with Alice Doll), Double Bloody Stunner (Better without Alice Doll)
Horong Clip is helpful to chase down annoying Sins/Rogues that are animation locking you during Ruwach, but is by no means necessary. It also has a wider range than Ruwach, making it harder for people to escape and hide dodge. Additionally there is no proc effect, so it won't cancel Lex Aeterna or cause position lag.
Note: Hybrid Spirit/AGI is a decently popular soloing build when Trans becomes available. Fleeing at 95% saves you a good bit of zeny when trying to hit 99. The only downside is that it's regularly seen as a bot build.
Firstly note that I am not an expert in AGI Monks because I am primarily a WoE-er.
STR: 90+ total
AGI: Enough to flee before you hit level 99, depends on what you plan on leveling off of (75+ base)
DEX: Enough to hit your targets (40+ base)
VIT: If you're leveling in a place where stun/Critical Slash/magic is common, VIT can help you survive. (30+ base)
INT: 1~2x base (just enough in the 20s to get a regen/heal bonus if you plan on getting INT)
Leveling Path:
9/9/9 STR/DEX/AGI
Before Monk:
It's hard to say. You will likely want enough flee (counting Flee 10 and Mocking Muffler early on) to dodge what you plan on leveling on, at least 90% of the time. So AGI is important.
STR is also good, combos actually do decent damage versus mobs, stacking STR will help. You will do single target kills much quicker than an auto-attack Knight or Sin if you activate your combos.
DEX just needs to be enough to hit things
VIT can likely be delayed unless you plan on leveling in Raydrics or somewhere where stun resist is important
INT could probably be maxed before hitting Monk if you're getting 20 or so. It'll help with leveling.
At 95:
STR and AGI should be at or very close to max.
VIT should be a focus in the 95+ range
DEX should be maxed
INT should be maxed
Primary skills: Flee 10, Combo Skills maxed, Occult 5 (to deal with tough mobs)
Primary leveling locations: Where ever you can have an elemental advantage (Seals, High Orcs, Pasanas, etc)
Gears:
Weapon: Carded elemental fists (with element cards) can be useful
Shield: Appropriate reduction gear
Muffler: Whisper Muffler if you need flee, otherwise Raydric. +9 Orc Baby can provide a nice balance
Shoes: Matyr, Verit, Superiors
Accessory: Mantis Rings
Rest is up to you. Again, not an expert.
-------------------- | Champion -------------------- | Champion is the rebirth form of the Monk Class. | | This class carries the Monk line well, increasing your capabilities as a Spirit, MVP, or Combo Monk drastically. | Zen increases your damaging capabilities and changes you from a big-target killer to a highly effective killer in WoE | The 20 additional skill points make getting Snap easy. You can also get Bless and Increase AGI 10 as a Champion. --------------------
New skills as a Champion
As you can see, the capabilities of Combo, Spirit, and MVP Champion has been greatly increased over Monk. Zen means you can execute about 3-5 times as many Guillotine Fists than a Monk. It also means Absorb Spirit Spheres is less dangerous to you, as you can quickly regather them. Additionally as a Spirit Champion, you only need to get Zen and Raging Palm Strike 1, leaving you with plenty of points to pick up Snap, Occult 5, TSS 5, and Bless 10/AGI 10 without having to reset at 99/70!
Very little changes from Monk to Champion build wise for now. Later on, Champion builds become drastically different (80 total STR, 100 VIT 140+ DEX 50+ AGI), but that's a long ways away still. The general builds still hold though you get slightly more leeway.
How to build -------------------- | MvP Champion -------------------- | A Champion has greatly increased damage and speed capacities when it comes to MvPing. | | Zen means you're many times faster when it comes to Guillotine Fist and many classes that could beat you before don't stand a chance now. | Raging Palm Strike allows you to clear MvP mobs a bit and likely pos lag them to give you a clean shot. | Now that you don't need to reset for Snap you can MvP effectively at a lower level. | Increased SP Pool allows you to snap more and search for MvPs more effectively. --------------------
STR: 130+
VIT: Next to none unless you want to solo
INT: A ton unless you want to solo (INT/VIT tradeoff)
DEX: 100~140
Why the change?
Because of Zen, you don't need to worry so much about the biggest hit as much as you need to worry about how quickly you can recover and attack again. At the current state, first hit is extremely important. The DEX will allow you to lead off with a quick TSS1 or Guillotine Fist, and if it's lexed then you'll be hitting half their HP anyways. You can go slightly more Monk-like and drop the DEX for more INT if you like, but you should be fine with 4x INT 9x STR 9x DEX. You may drop DEX for VIT or INT.
Skill Build (Assume all other skills are at their prereq minimum):
Bless/AGI 10
Pneuma 1
Snap 1
Occult 5
Guillotine Fist 5
Zen 1
Leftover: 13
TSS 5 is a fine choice. Steel Body is probably useless unless you got a decent heap of VIT. Root 5 is okay. Heal 10 will help you solo. Dec AGI is probably not going to help either.
New Gears
+7 Stone Buckler is a good choice for your MvP Shields (5% reduction from Large)
Morpheus Set is something you should start collecting. The shawl is not currently available but should be soon. The SP bonus from this set is pretty ridiculous and it gives you uninterruptable cast. It is really good "mid tier" MvP gear. When DRings/DRobe, just the muffler will suffice.
+3 STR or +3 DEX enchanted Armors are good for MvP Champs. a +3 STR Wildcat Orleans will do wonders. Just note that by relying on your armor for your STR Bonus, all subsequent armors you get need the bonus as well (though your next armor will be a Diabolus Robe).
-------------------- | Spirit Champion -------------------- | Champions are a very potent killer in Trans WoE. They are a valuable asset to any guild and make good recallers and fishers. | | Zen is your primary boost from Monk to Champion. The increased speed, drastic reduction in the delay between your attacks and ease of access to all of your important skills is what makes you a Champion. | Raging Palm Strike gives you a one-up in PvP, being able to knock foes back but still keeping them in Guillotine Fist range. Learning the timing of the knock back is an important skill. | Even though you can get level 10 buffs, they're for you. Don't become a priest. In ME battles, you should be pnuema-ing ME holes, not spamming Bless and AGI. | Learning when to be aggressive and when to be defensive will make you into a great Champion. Fish the right opponents out. Clean up after ME Battles. --------------------
Base Stats
STR: 61 or 71
VIT: 73 minimum
DEX: 85 minimum
INT: 1~30
Total Stats:
STR: 90~120
VIT: 90
DEX: 120~149
INT: 10~40
Skill Build:
Bless/AGI 10
Pneuma 1
Dec AGI 1
Occult 5
TSS 3
Guillotine Fist 5
Snap 1
Raging Palm 1
Zen 1
Leftover: 9
You could get Dec AGI 10 or any combination of TSS 5, Root 5, Steel Body 5, Heal 10
Gears:
Fatasm Alice Doll | +7 Feather Beret
Fatasm Sunglasses
Well Chewed Pencil
+5~+9 [Brave] Battlefield Morning Star (the one with 50% stun chance)
+4~7 Cranial Valkyrie Shield
+4~7 [DEX+3] Unfrozen Medics Robe
+7 Immune Commanders Manteau
Variant Shoes > +7 Fledged | Soul-Enchanted Combat Boots
2x Nimble Glove
1x Clairvoyant Clip/Glove
1x Hiding Clip/Glove
2x Ring of Mustle
Note: Champion gets a +9 STR Bonus
Alice Doll + BG Mace + 2x STR Ring = +10 STR, aka your next STR tier. Build with 61 or 71 base STR for this purpose.
-------------------- | AGI Champion -------------------- | AGI Champion is a powerful extension to AGI Monk, but is really just the same class with a few new moves. Glacier Fist and Chain Crush Combo are powerful additions to your arsenal. Zen enables more comboing. --------------------
No real change to your stats.
Generic stat building advice is added in this fashion:
Starting Stats
Stats before job change (which is around base 60~65)
Stats at level 90~95 and what you should save for last
Elemental Fists are OKAY weapons. For maximum damage you should really rely on carded weapons (depending on your STR) and an endow. Since Classic has free accounts, making an endow slave is a requirement, not a bonus. With endowed weapons, you will be hitting an extra 40% (or more) damage per tap. Last I checked, Goblin Cards were extremely cheap and a good number of mobs are Brute so making a +7 3x Goblin Weapon shouldn't be hard.
As to whether Chain > Fist as an AGI Monk, I'm not sure. Chain is more damage per hit, Fist is more hits per second. You may actually want to stick to an arsenal of +6~+10 Chain[3]'s as an AGI Monk so your combo skills do maximum damage.
I wouldn't really know but there are plenty of Renewal guides available in this section. I am no renewal expert.
+Modified skill section to be prettier.
I've been working on my classic monk...and leveling him doesn't seem to be a problem ( I can 1 shot sleepers or 2 shot stag golems/soliders) once i get the right mace. Though whenever i get to champ i'm kinda stuck. I'd like to do a high dex/vit build with only 61~71 base str. But that kind of kills my ability solo well. Any idea's for where/how i might level? Or perhaps i should just leech it.

If you have 7x base STR you could still do Sleepers if you're willing to use +7 STR/DEX Food with a STR gear setup, Porc Armor, Pirate Dagger, Robo Eye, and a +10 2/1/1 Mace. (100 STR total, 70+30 at 80/40) Seeing as that sounds... pricey, leeching after you finish doing Turtles with a priest is probably your best bet. Snap pulling in a GD can work too if you've got decent VIT by the time you start (which generally isn't the case unfortunately.)
Other than that, with 90 total STR you could do... Stings with TSS and a plain ol' fire Stunner (TSS 5 with 4 spheres will be sufficient, so you will always have some space to snap out of danger.) Painstaking but relatively painless and potentially profitable.
I'm not sure I'd recommend getting 61 base STR on a Champion just yet. That's more of a +6 KvM Mace build (especially if DRings/DRobe are out), since profs would tank a 61 STR fist with just apples and regular buffs. It'd also be pretty much impossible to level without a leech unless you have pure ATK Gear + Good Turtles Weapon (I doubt 3x Clam will cut it).
With 71 base STR and foods you can still manage: 100~110 STR (71+29~71+39 w/ Superiors and 2x STR Ring for damage setup) 87~90 VIT (70+17~73+17 depending on your DEX) 136~144 DEX (97+39~99+45 depending on gear and Box of Gloom, 147 when stat enchants come out, 149 with Orleans Gloves, 150 with BG Mace. ) Which is pretty solid. It's also a "future proof" build since you're relying on natural STR bonuses, but you can still manage that +10 STR boost when needed via: Alice Doll+Black Devil Mask+2x STR Rings for when Variants come out.
fantatsic! ok i'll aim for the 71str build. ya base vit was between 70~73 and dex either at 96 or 99 base. If i could get instant cast...i'll definitely go for it. Oh man i forgot, i could make a dame of sentinal diablos robe...
Making an MVP champ; a bit undecided about INT and DEX
I plan to use it to solo easy low/mid-low tier bosses, but I would like it to be a good damage dealer for tanked/partied harder mid-high/high tier MVPing.
I plan to not get VIT at all; thinking of getting 8x INT and 6x DEX.....or.....should I reverse and do 6x INT and 8x DEX instead(since on your guide it said ill be fine with just 4x INT even)
btw, im just a casual player (gonna be busy irl again soon) so im just average gear-wise (ill probably just end up with morpheus set), and I probably wont even get to do any comping at all.
So yeah, can't quite decide on the final build - unless I make a 3rd champ (WoE-er, solo-MVPer, and tanked-MVPer? I doubt I'll have the time though haha)
- I guesss im too fixated on the classic 99str, 99int "PURE" MVP build that I might be neglecting DEX.

I personally wouldn't go above 50 INT base on an MvP Champ. That cast speed is extremely important. With a 9x build, proper weapon and morph set you'll easily hit in the 100k~125k unlexed, no amount of int will let you one-shot anything with that gear set above... Eddga and Missy, maybe.
Fast cast = fast recovery. With enough dex you could consider an MvP Champ a DPS build!
hmm i still relay on int str dex vit build just sharing my opinion. int 4+ dex +9+ Str+ 6+ or 7+ Vit 6+
In that video I have 81 total VIT (because of my level) and stun is still an issue. Too many things stun you for you not to have high VIT on a Champ: Meteor Storm BG Staff Dazzler Status Weapons
Even at 90 total VIT, the marginal time you are stunned remains deadly.
