are these skill can be learned at rune knight???
i've 2 rune knight and one of them don't have this useful skill ....

it's strange, in my server NPC didn't respond as a quest..
I try over and over again talk to him and NPC out side the building.. but still not work...I already bring 5 candy canes and 3 witherless roses and still it's useless.



are these problem was bug on my server ??? or this's just normal like another server too ???. I think it's one of my mistaken to forgot that skill while still knight/lord knight.

I have another rune knight with this skill. and I just realized, this charge atk is very important in pvp situation..

Strange, I did it on mine when it was RK. I know the quest turned out to be different from the guide but I figured it out somehow. Maybe try talking to different NPCs and in a different order... I think that's how I got it to work.
