This error occurs when something in the client is set to read only or another program is preventing it from being changed. Please exit all instances of Ragnarok Online. Make sure nothing is set to read only. Then run the patcher as an admin.

If you are missing any boxes please submit a ticket to the support site at https://support.warpportal.com. With the information submitted in a ticket I will be able to look into the missing boxes. Tomorrow I will look into into any reports submitted by ticket and try to get them to any users missing them.

Sorry i was expecting more from this xmas such as new headgear quest. It just once a year event.

The only good thing in the new Lucky Box are the prize medals but for only 1000 medals I don't think it's really worth 500 kp's. You just had boxes out with the Archangel Wings so why would you put them in another box so soon when these are still being sold on the market? Everyone complains each time these merc scrolls are put out & I doubt anyone actually uses them plus you have them set so they can't be traded between our own accounts or sold so they can only be traded in to boxter every time.

Costumes are worthless. You keep putting the +20 foods in almost every box now & the mystical card albums give out junk cards. I don't mean to be so negative but it would be nice if there were some good items in this box. I was really looking forward to this box having some special unique items. It's pretty depressing to see what it has turned out to be & I doubt you plan to put a better one out before Christmas.

At least the Christmas Box is nice even if it is an EXACT repeat of last years box. It's also a shame it's so expensive compared to the items that are in it.

I will say thank you though for all the money I'll get to save this month NOT buying boxes for a change.

I'm also very unhappy that I am having to send in tickets to get not only the proper quantity but the proper items I am due from the Black Friday event. I'm not just talking on one character either. So far it has been each one I checked & I'm not talking about ONE item being wrong either. In fact only one out of the 4 items for the 8K ea amounts that I spent were correct. I'm not sure why the people doing this couldn't count or add properly. We waited much longer then we were supposed to in order to even get these items in the first place. The least they could have done is to give us all our items without us having to put in tickets & wait even longer. I spent 24k on a couple of accounts & 32k on another yet I on both of them I only got one Safe All instead of 3 & 4. I wasn't given any Early Wrapped Christmas Gifts on either of the 2 of the 4 I checked so far & on one of them so far I only got 2 instead of 4 of the Cyber Monday Lucky Boxes.

Hopefully the other 2 accounts will be better & not worse.
