Damage formula is:
ATK [{( Cart Remodeling Skill Level x 50 ) x ( INT / 40 )} + ( Cart Cannon Skill Level x 60 )] %
The basic idea is a build with high int and high str and a strong weapon with +% ranged damage modifiers (EA enchants and/or AS cards). Generally this means weap is either 3x kingbird twin edge or kingbird HF with EA enchants.
