To enter Glast Heim, you need Blue Gemstones.

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to get these. Logically it'd be from somewhere in Rune-Midgard, yes?

iirc you get 1 from the RO quest line, the rest you can either trade 5 ellu for 1 at the vending machine next to gato, or pay 100im for 5 from the Item Mall.

You should also try yellow sapphire stone and blue sapphire stone
