Ive LOST 2Billion in upgrading start from ive play this game.. it spent to much KP.. What For Safe to 10 to expensive if nothing luck

Hmm not sure but the way I was doin it is like this:
Don't spam the npc, I try to cool it down for 20-40 secs before using the next cert if I fail, not 100% sure but I did most of my upgrades like this and this is just my ritual. Well, its just really luck...

I've gone through 18 and 32 tries at +9 to 10 for some items. This is before safe to 10 and I had to re-enrich it from +8 to +9 which isn't always a smooth trip. You had bad luck, it happens.

You knew (should have known) it was 10% chance to succeed. If you failed that much, should have just stopped and taken a break. Like if someone is losing all the time in a game of cards, you need to stop and calm down. Continuing to gamble on a back luck streak isn't going to help you at all.

I bought a +9 elven bow[1] as my only asset a long time ago decided to try to upgrade it with NO safe cert because I didn't care if I broke it...and it succeeded O_O Then I was able to upgrade safely to +12
I always risk things to a point of stupidity because it helps to realise that this is just a stupid game lol

I feel ur pain. I earn my zeny through vending and ragial stalking and all went down the drain with certs. Used roughly 30 and no +10 yet. Can't blame anything but luck. And no I didn't spam the npc

Open OCA then Deviling = instant billionaire

Safe to 10 means safe CHANCES up to 10. Statistically, you could go your entire RO life without ever getting a +10, without ever getting a card drop. Hell, without ever getting a 1% drop.

Yea like my brother Xerath. He quit game for some time, came back after months, told him about Dally Quen, got a free OCA, and poof! Free Deviling Card

Maybe the cert success rate is down or its broken. I usually use 3-4 but I went through 14 on saturday, no luck.
