the topic above is the exact TRose.exe - Application error I get when I try to launch Rose. Can anyone tell me why i'm getting this and how I can fix it? Thanks,

On the patcher, click on the Settings button, go to the Advanced Tab and click Check All.
If that doesn't work for you, make sure that the game is running in Administrator mode so it can patch and load properly.

I figured it out, it was a microsoft .net framework problem.

I had done a reformat, and some softwares hadn't been installed, including .net framework by microsoft, which fixed my problem.

Sorry I didn't answer your question more directly; for my particular problem, I had to download the latest version of microsoft .net framewort. You can check if you have it installed on your computer by going to control panel > add or remove hardware. Hope I was of some help.

i have the same problem.....i already have net framework 4.0 and i already install windows update.....and still the error exist.......and i also try to click the check all in settings and still having the problem.....my computer is newly format.....please help me i like to play this game....

The funny thing here is, Rose doesn't make use of the .NET framework at all.
