More importantly, Shadow Chasers are copying it using the Rogue skill, not the SC skill. Meaning they can have Rapid Throw+a 3rd job skill at the same time.

you say that as if there are a plethora of viable 3rd-class skills a chaser can copy. xDMeaning they can have Rapid Throw+a 3rd job skill at the same time.

Because its not a viable nerf? What you want is for your class to be special and the only one capable of doing that kind of damage?I don't get why they didn't just put it in directly with that "nerf". Have they forgotten about Chasers that it didn't occur to them SCs would copy the skill? lol
I actually cant find anything on a SC rapid throw nerf...for that matter it does full damage on kro, can i get the patch notes from said nerf?
Edit: Or date of patch.

- Changed the damage formula for Kagerou/Oboro skill: Mucha Nage.
- If the caster has not learned Dagger Throwing Practice, maximum damage output will be decreased by 50%.

I don't even use Rapid Throw on my SC so... invalid point. Or are you implying I play a kagerou/oboro? Because I don't.Because its not a viable nerf? What you want is for your class to be special and the only one capable of doing that kind of damage?

My point being if they're going to make it so SCs do lesser damage with the skill, they should have done it from the beginning, it's not like it was exactly hard to foresee chasers copying it.

Magic ninjas arnt as flexible as kunai ninjas.
Kunai ninja-
-Can use charms to improve their damage because of the endows
-theyre pretty strong in general, and better with the right gear
-skills are somewhat spammable and are AOE
-have a gfist ability;killing stroke though has alot of pre required active abilities to be effective. (Mirror Image and Skin Shed not used)
-I dont think people really know how strong they can be. My friend was level... 101? doing 32k-50k to magmaring. He knew what he was doing too cause hes a ninja pro but yaknow... helloo?
-Formidable in PVP, on sakray gxs could take them out with a single souldestroyer. But there is ways to gear around that so..
Magic Ninja-
-limited to 3 elements, fire wind and water.
-if they use earth charm its strictly for the status effect from cast ninja spell but overall stonecurse got nerffed a bit.
-They need full 10 charms to maximize their damage. Making their variety of skills further not so versatile.
-Most of the time theyre stuck with flame petals or freezing spear in general.
-they dont hit their peek untill later levels... like.. 140s they dont become decent until then.
-First several levels are extremely difficult
-my experience is; had a hard time doing 101-125 TI because none of the mobs effectively took damage from wind fire or water. because theyre shadow and you need holy property against them!
-Recommendation skill; a skill that allow magic ninjas to temporarily change their skills property to neutral. Since they have nothing but fire water and wind spells.
-lv99-100 on magmarings was doing 7K-13k with freezing spear with 10 Ice Charm spirits. And you need about 8 job levels before leveling effectively with your magic ninja abilities. why? because to use flame petals at a new level... need 10 fire charms up. to use freezing spear 10 ice charms up... and so on. without them youre doing 2k-3.5k damage. (Had a mikatsuki and a bazerald as weapons)
-Seeing how PVP went on sakray... magic skills are USELESS in woe and pvp.
what else? (these are my observations and experiences)

The "nerf" does not affect oboro/kagerou, it affects chasers who are copying the skill...
