20k as in 20,000 souls or 20,000 gold worthHey, I was wondering what the success rates for soulforce increasing were. I have so far used around 20k soul trying to make my magichenge to special, and I believe that to be a bit excessive. Is this normal or am I just that unlucky? Thanks.
if its 20,000 souls then that isn't much because getting the right stat that you want takes a while and most people will spent alot just to special
if its 20,000 golds worth then god just hates you and nothing else to say

These soulcrafting rates are disgusting. I remember when I could actually get my weapon to Special. If you have to work in real life, how you could you possibly be able to accumulate 30,000 souls or accumulate the money to purchase that many souls AND pay for all the attempts? Considering these low rates were instituted to get people to spend money. So how can people who earn their money be expected to spend their cash when the majority of soulcrafting ingredients are so labor intensive in acquiring? It took me about 38 tries to special my new oak. 800 soul each try, so that's around 30K souls. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that's just the way the soulcrafting rates are, now.

Didn't you say in another thread that you both support and love the new rates?

It was sarcasm which always fails when typed. As for the rates they need to be increased. As it is now it just increases the gaps between new and old players.

I tried to soul my heirloom arcane to special 10 times (380 souls per try) all failed.
I tried to soul my BD bow(non heirloom) to adv. took 2 tries(180) per and then to special(770-80 i can't quite remember) and it only took 1 try.
I've been trying to soul all my heirloom arcane parts that are adv to special(all keep failing again and again, soul req. range from 275-388)
Then once again i souled a new item ( Superior Guardian Bow) to special (takes 720 souls) only took 2 tries.

To me seems like new stuff souls better than old stuff.

I have noticed this as well. Not sure if it's coincidence or not but it probably merits some looking into

Why would I think it was a joke? Because you put jk at the end of your post or because of the joking tone you type with?I was actually making a joke about people doing that.

I wonder how you respond when people lie and call you a hypocrite.
