... Critical rate is a stat that determines your Final critical rate, aka the number of hits that will critically strike. CR is determined by Agility and +x% CR effects, FCR is determined by CR and +x% FCR effects.
That's all there is to it, and one can reach 40% FCR with only Agility and CR.

I've given up on upgrading my POS weapon past +16. What are other options to increase attack?
