She's near (77, 115) at Verus Findspot(verus04).

excuse me but where can I find explosive powder inside the instance?

about the new instance, is it can be party or solo instance?

You have to be in a party to enter.  But you can solo or bring a party.  Your choice.

So when is Ian Artnard supposed to tell you about the last friggin exploration? He never says anything other than "he needs more time" and there is no return time window for the quest.

i can't even access it with a 134 gen. the trigger dialogue won't start. i was able to complete the instance once with a ranger though. what is the real level requirement?!?

To start the quest to access into Verus City. Cuz, as I enter Eden First Floor, Lime start talking to me from far

There is a male kafra thing around the top middle of the town area.

If a +9 pilebunker is traded to the npc with the parts to make a different type, does it keep the +9? or does it make it +0?

Nothing, the mvp barely hurts something, jump to 4:02 if you want to skip the rest.

you can get one killing the square porings on the instance, i dont know if just the first time give you 3 tho or is always

The name of the excavation team never shows up in the conversation...

'Atnad' is the family name of Captain Nile who we talk to at the beginning of the quest.
