I had these unanswered questions from last month. The karaoke request there still stands too.

Hitchc0ck or Kubrick?
<From the other thread>
I recall at one time, it was stated that iRO customizations can potentially conflict with new content developed by kRO, and this contributes to update delays. Is this still the case, and to what degree is it a factor? What other factors are major contributors to holdups in the localizaiton of new content?
Is there a complete, itemized list of what custom conent is currently emplemented on iRO? If not, can one be provided for review?
I wouldn't expect every deviation from kRO to necessarily be considered a customization from a technical standpoint, so what criteria is there for something to be considered "custom content" in iRO?
What do you specifically have the capability to implement or modify without first petitioning kRO for approval? Could you provide a complete, itemized list?

The "Customizations" do not usually create update delays. The only time this has occurred in my memory was when we had to integrate a server change with our billing system, and when an update would have caused NoSpam to go away. Both of these projects are important to the enjoyment of the game.
We localize all content including quest dialogs, item descriptions, npc names, some npc sprites (Rachel comes to mind), events, and many other things. As the local publisher this is what we should be doing in order to provide content to the iRO community. We also make local events and contests which players seem to enjoy participating in.
We share the changes/events that are made with kRO every week.
