Am I seeing things wrong? that Happy Flappy Angel Wings boost 50% Magical and Physical damage to CT & NCT monsters and at the same time reduce 50% incoming damage from CT & NCT monsters when refined to +9
I'm pretty sure NCT will be more lively now with variety of classes racing to 175, if the effects holds true to its descriptions

It was implemented but for some odd reason the npc isn't there anymore after couple days weird
He's still in, south of the kafra on 2nd floor of Eden.

@camp or one of the vmods, does the Sol Shoes' item drop rate enhancement also apply to cards? or just items/gear?

It would depend on the drop rate of the item/card.
So not really for cards.
See Campitor's explanation below.
Drops are stored as a number of 1-10000
1 being .01% and 10000 being 100.00%
If we do a drops boost of say 25% any item that is less than .04% will receive no effect. But at .04% the item would get that 25% boost and have a chance of dropping at .05%
For example for your question the item would become 1.01%.
However there is lastly a cap of about 90% drop chance on items boost by anything but database edit. That means if a item has a 50% chance to drop and receives a 300% bonus it will still cap at 90%

valk shields normally drop at 5% flat rates.
gum would make that 10%.
+14 ami bag would make it 10.35%
sol shoes would make it 10.85%
vip would make it 12.85% ???
is this correct mathss?

Gum would work because it's at least +100%.
