well you can always use the cheap community hat or the super cash shop hats which is so much better.

This is now the time to hoard True Howard cards for reselling purpose, which previously most vendors sells the cards below 1B then suddenly vanished from ragial

and Arquien Necklace will also faces price surge, profits for those who hoard arquien necklace.

I think there will also be price increase for tornado axe even though not as much as the former.

this ocp is for merchant classes. safe to assume that this ocp will not be popular for players? if so, im going to expect a good ocp remix content. :DP

If I were asked which one to choose for general class use, I'll choose +10 Devil's Hand anytime since it grants uninterruptible cast and 20% aspd boost to every class besides the 100% bypass to all things common traits between the two hats

Supplement Part Chip.... you've got to change my Charleston Card to jRO script now that it's trash.

that work cap, since our greed already insta cast.. make it grant greed full screen instead .   

is this work cap better than old driver band? for axe tornado dmg.

Work Cap is an Old Driver Band +10 with +100 eatk bonus and 50% Boss Damage Boost (Mech Exclusive) and 100% def bypass (All Class Effects) which can be equipped by all class as early as lvl 100 and not stupidly account bound,  although it can't be enchanted and got no slots

Yay for Powered Chip! I was half expecting for a moment that we were gonna be trolled again and get the Upgrade Part - Processor instead but it appears that jRO calls Supplemental Parts "Powered" and Upgrade Parts "Guardian".

So this is what I found in testing.
 
No Gambler's Seal 

 
Gambler's Seal Damage with 10% reduction

The item works against Arrow Storm.

I am not seeing the same reductions happen with Gates of Hell. Which is Odd. I will need to set up a deeper testing environment.

Need to test if its the numbers or the call thats at issue or if I have some odd variable messing up the testing.

God I don't wanna post here, but need to state the obvious with GOH since I guess all the other times the community talked about it, complained about it etc was left at the door.

The item does reduce GoH, but only the ATK portion. The skill is broken in that a big bulk of it's damage comes from HP and is only reducible by Ghostring, Energy Coat and Stoop to name a few.

People have complained about having this skill reduced properly by other items much like how Dragon Breath was, but it doesn't.

There is no fix, neither kRO or jRO have this formula reducing fully, which is a shame but it is what it is.
