Indeed an Eye of Illusion for those who would fall into thinking it would reduce global FC of skills.

 

If it's working as intended on just the reducing the FC of just the mentioned Skills, this is trash.

We requested Power Chip[1] a long long time ago. Is it hard to implement? that is not an OP item for all either.. And look what you guys give the players, Accelerator chip[1] and its not a requested item if i believe. after that? I quit.

they can request and spam kRO all they want, just like ppl spam items in the thread. It still is ultimately dependant on kRO's good will to bother to ask those items from jRO and send them here.

The item's script can be checked and so are the skill calls, but by only looking at the item description, it seems that the casting reduction is being specific to [ハウリングマンドラゴラ].

If fixed casting time reduction only specific to Mandragora Howling. JRO description should be written as below.

JRO description always clear, not vague like KRO.

Unless someone can proof that Eye of Illusion doesn't reduce fixed casting time of Blood Sucker in JRO. I still think that Eye of Illusion reduce fixed casting time of all skills.

Since WP intention to getting JRO gear with originally effect to iro , I dun mind you pending this gear until you can be 100% confirmation on it effect , or can be request Kardui Ear to replace it
