Unable to convert WP points

i buy WP points with mobile payment region (Indonesia)

The price is Rp 60.000 with taxes the total price is 

Rp.66.000

I bought it successfully but when i try to convert it, there is no button to convert it on my account information.  

i have the proof that i bought it in case you want to testify my complaint. but i wont post on this forum. 

so the item is

410 WP = Rp. 60.000

Total price with Taxes Rp.66.000

Ragnarok Online 2

Sorry you are having this problem.  For something like this I think it would be best if you make a ticket.  Here is the link to the support page.  For type of ticket choose "Technical/Web Support" and attach any proof you have of the purchase on the ticket at the bottom.

Maybe you should tell them the email address to send a ticket since the support webpage doesn't work for the majority of people for the last year or so.  Email ro2support@warpportal.com to create a ticket.
