VIP Item Issue 1-3-2021

I think you guys just created a bug where ppl can redo ET without cooldown. You should wipe all MvP cards spawning from this bug and make it punishable.

This is not a bug. It's a feature called 'Purification Stone' meant to compensate certain situation regarding unexpected server restart/closure

In short, yes. It enables to you replenish your 'Ash' which entitle you to re-enter as many times as you can depending on the amount of ashes that u manage to collect during this 'Purification Stone' period

You  must be totally new to iRO. Yeah it's been that way like a long time ... hence, iRO definitely has more MvP cards than actual players. You can make Rebel army to farm ET MvPs and repeat the step. Some people could have 100 ashes, some people could have 1k+. Etc.

Your again and again is only limited to 4 hours and also the number of ashes you have. 

Go try it, its 4 hours that you will never get back.

Still RNG, depends on your luck, you can have your GTB card if you only kill it for time.

Hmm, is anyone else still experiencing this VIP issue?

My friend and I cannot purchase the VIP Box (says that it's denied) and I don't want to use any boxes in my inventory or from vendors until I know it has been resolved. She does not have VIP currently and would love to make better use of the last days of the Christmas EXP Event.

Very disappointing of the bug.

Last time I was fail to top up with my credit card and Paypal, and now, can't even purchase VIP in game.

Player are losing  

Fixed, the Christmas EXP will not be extended.

Currently there is a known issue with the VIP item not properly awarding VIP time when consumed. Unfortunately restarting the server does not appear to resolve this issue. So we are referring the bug to the studio while we do our own tests and investigations.

 

During this time sales of the VIP item will be disabled. Users who consume a VIP item and did not receive the buff please ticket in so that we can restore the benefit. 

 

Just in case we will be doing a full service restart tomorrow 1/4/2020 to mitigate any issues. As part of this restart we will also fix Santa and extend his duration by 1 week.

Yes, it's fixed.

1. About 24 hours at this point. The first reports came in on 1/3/2021
2. If you used a box and did not get buffs we will restore the box if you ticket in.
