I dont like to be that guy but i feel like i need to re-iterate that its been OVER A MONTH that the MAIN SKILL of a very popular Class has been completely broken, limiting the capabilities of several Cash Shop and in-game items that Improve said skill.

 

Cart Cannon needs to be fixed!

 

Whatever happened to Cart Cannon needs to be fixed asap and i hope we can hear from the studio about it soon.

Focus Arrow Strike needs to be fixed!

I dont get how you cant fix at least ONE thing a week, its maint after maint but no progresss at all when it comes to fixes yet you keep addding more content. I'm bias towards the CC FIX as a priority, but im not the only one who is complaininig about it.

Week after week we just keep getting same replies back stating  "Message has been sent to staff, will follow up later", just empty words heck at this point just have an auto-reply for it. Im not gonna cotinue writing about what i think of this management staff is taking; other people have already done that and in a much deeper level. Im just gonna say its really dissapoiting.

Well it only took 3 years for illusion combo glove to be fixed, so I guess average bug fix time ~3 years. So maybe later this year is about time enforcer cape gets fixed or so.

Server is opening now!
 

 

In case you are gonna replace new year event for Sweets Event, please let us know at least 5 days before, because the current costume takes 5 days to be made, so we dont lose time doing the daily quest believing we will be able to complete it in time. Thanks in advance.

I asked about this earlier and was told that the Sweets Event will be running concurrently with the New Year's Event.

 

If this is a hardware update, does this mean the next content update in the cadence is 2/17?

What happened to the software/content rollover for this week?

I think its up to a matter of time before the remaining "supposed-to-be-decent" people turn to so-called "forum-drama" warriors unleashing their dramatic frustration. People generally don't complain until -_- hits the fan above them lol

Just wondering, what exactly is the purpose of those VP/CS shadow items? They came too late and they are actually irrelevant. It's either ED/OG or RoG. CS is already quite technical to deploy and witu just .5 sec cooldown reduction, ... its very irrelevant.

Thank you for your hard work. At least, server is still online and playable.

why '"the team" is working on new content, when clearly we have a lot of stuff that requires a fix?


every maintenance is bringing more bugs than fixes, it doesn't matter if staff need more time than the usual 8 hours maintenance, fix some damn bugs.

The team needed more time for localization and testing for the upcoming content? for what? clearly -_- is not getting fix

With the delay in maintenance can you confirm that any of the issues aforementioned are being addressed and fixed?  Lots of bugs in skills and items missing working effects?  It feels like the game is taking 2 steps forward and then 10 steps back at this rate.

 

I am just very upset to say looking at the last OCP as it was already delayed before hand because the team had needed more time to do testing it said in the thread but when the OCP launch it felt like almost nothing was actually tested.  I can understand a minor oversight on something but people are spending serious money on what seems to be almost deliberate cash grabs now.

 

Please have Magus or Camp or whoever create a tiered priority list as it comes to bug fixes etc so we can see what is actively being worked on.  The Good Morning thread she have updates of what content is planned and coming in the future.  But the game is slipping into a bad place and if players have to abandon a class every time and update comes and breaks them it won't be long before people just stop logging in.

Just Join IRO over a month ago, I felt that the IT team is totally unqualified. 0 progress to fix bugs week by week.
 
Not only is the technical skill behind, but even solving the problem is perfunctory, for example, I sent a ticket to remind two big obvious issues of storm mufflers,
1.
Increase ranged damage to all enemies by 4% and Severe Rainstorm damage by 2% per each skill level of Glommy Slyness learned.
After numerous tests, it is an obvious mistake that Glommy Slyness doesn't function for this item at all, instead,  Frigg’ Song does.
2. 
When equipped with Scaraba +7 and Elven Bow and Gloomy Day Lv5, decrease Sever Rainstorm's delay after skill by 2 sec. What is the Scaraba +7?
 
The answer come back from GM was "after thorough test, there is no problem for the item."

That's all fine and dandy. But they have said the would get back to you later about 4 times in a row on this now.  When will later be?

 

The way most of the players and especially long term and older players see it is as follows:

 

1. Anything that was broken/bugged during an update (IE Cart Cannon/Focus Arrow Strike), Items not working as description says, Sam status reset NPC. Should be sent to the front of the priority line.  And namely those that affect ingame mechanics like Damage/HP/Life etc.  I see that the GMs are quick to fix a game breaking bug like the re-equips but they don't seem to budge when they accidently ninja bug something or forget to test something thoroughly.

 

2. Future content that isn't here yet has and will always be delayed.  Those things should be goal orientated and aimed at the Good morning thread etc.  (IE Star Emperor, Dungeons, what not.)

 

3. Anything minor not effecting gameplay or causing problems can be set as low priority (missing card sprites, costume layering((even though costumes are part of the cash grab they should be taken more seriously)).

 

I don't ever ask for compensation on things.  I understand that its a lot of work.  It just feels like the work is going the wrong direction if the staff can't address the issues created and it ends up becoming a permanent part of the game.  It's all those little things adding up that makes players actually walk away. <snip>  Please get back with the staff and poke them again and ask for when we can expect some things addressing #1 in this post.

When all the updates that are coming are basically packed with either an OCP/Kachua/Costume box.  Or a refine event.  It feels like they are just trying to get dollars.  When it comes to addressing issues that are in game from people who clearly know the game and versions. It falls on deaf ears.

Is the localization process just plopping stuff into google translate? 

 

We think it is. But it would be nice if that was actually confirmed.

 

 

idk how overworked the team is across multiple games, but I'm also not sure that it takes too long to sort out some descriptions to read coherently rather than "Ultra magical legendary drink which condensing most of famous healthy food" and "[...] Existing food-item buff not stack!."

 

"The ultra magical and legendary solution which was created from combining the most famous, healthy foods." An elixir is also classified as a solution, ty google, lol  and "Does not stack with other food-item buffs"

 

Consider outsourcing to some players if it's too much. I am a writer by IRL profession. I'll do it for free, even.  :ok:
