GGWP, you guys DO know how to get players annoyed.

Delayed "bi weekly" maintainance only to remove Headless Mule from LTI. It's not the players' fault that the maint is delayed. Will we have Headless Mule in LTI later, or is it simply skipped?

Nice work, finally costume stone box 10 is updated, but the costumes are random in random. only 3 costumes can be traded for it. sounds a bit absurd. 

We've got loads of new costumes but they can't be trade in, can't be enchanted. Now they can't be traded for costume enchant stones, why bother to sell new costume eggs?

Not to mention the bug fixes, maybe still delayed.

This is mayor no sense on iro, meanwhile other jobs can easily spam millions of damage. At least they should remove CD outside woe for 4 reasons:
1) Every body uses macro so they are playing without CD limitations anyway.
2) Outside woe, no body's hurt for DB only monsters.
3) It's useless struggle for high delay if you are still limited for CD (for honest players)
4) RK is pretty hard to play if you are not using macro, the only way to play it without macro it's dancing and that ruinyour fingers.

So for health of our hands and honesty of players, 0.2 should be removed right now outside woe.

Who do you think pushed the maintenance back? Is it our fault? Or u guys cannot even use keyboard in a correct way? Please bring headless mule back

 

 

The Themis Balance fix was in regards to another issue with it, but I have followed up with the team to make sure they also address the reduce delay issue as well.

 

The gramps section of the patch notes was updated to accurately reflect what was actually available in the game after the QA team discovered that it didn't match what was listed in the patch notes. So the mistake was in the wrong info given in the patch notes. 

 

The delay was caused partly because there was a long holiday overseas and some files weren't even received in time before the overseas team was gone, and there was no way for us to contact anyone when they're not in office. There was never any insinuation that the delay was "your fault". I'm trying to help and work the bridge between the community and the team to get everything fixed and addressed. But I need some time to get some of these things going.

Hi Mayari, I believe not only me can see your effort and active in this forum and our anger is not really toward you as we also understand you are a community manager and bridge between us and the development team. However this forum is our only official way to release our opinion, thing gets sour when expectation didn’t meet, worse the expectation is just a basic thing that the development team should be fixing even before contents release.

You won’t buy a car that won’t even start its engine right? Not even to mention the car should should you from point to point; right?

@CMMayari, I do appreciate your hard work and effort for the communications, again, I am not blaming you, and you are an awesome CM for sure. 

 

After reading what you said here, I have more concerns about your dev teams. It seems your dev team is just a big mess, and did NOT know how to plan ahead at all. If you foresee an overseas holiday coming, then your dev team should have some mature plans rather than make the changes in the last minute, and I don't think the holiday dates are so hard to look up on the Internet. If the working style of your dev team is like this, I am really worried about your future reputation tbh.

 

Checking the accuracy on patch notes info is also one of the QA tasks to me. Your team cannot just deliver false message and hype players, and eventually disappoint many of us, that should not happen as a service provider. You already see many complaints in this maint thread, and I hope your dev team REALLY heard and understand those.

 

Last question, where is Magus? I see you stand out a lot, even Camp come back many times to cover his job. Can you please have your team leader face us and at least say something?

really? 6months ago and haven’t update? didn’t pay attention on it, where can I find the enchantable costume?
(I found it on wiki but seems there are much more than that, but don’t where to look for the list)

The long holidays may refer to lunar new years on Jan 30th to Feb 1st but that week KRO still had maintenance as usual, just postponed from Wednesday to Thursday.
I guess the studio is busy because of they are handling too much workload, the upcoming 4th class jobs in TWRO, the roadmap of Vietnam and Thailand servers, and the launching of MSP server.

Why am I not surprise. Honestly the QA of this company is s@#!t! In six months sunk about 1k USD in this game. Not sure if i'll ever purchase again, or did i made the right decision signing up because I have a moment of nostalgia. If your players paid, -_- deliver what you promised. The fact that the players themselves does the testing to fix the issues that you SHOULD be fixing just tells me that in a few months time IRO will close shop. I'd rather not buy anything. Its a vicious cycle

Ahh so the development team isn't english first language. I was going to say the reason I don't really care about these mistakes is if you look at the in game spelling and grammar mistakes, people born in the western world wouldn't really make those mistakes. So if the development team isn't english first language then that explains why there may be issues. Everyone chill out, if you're english as a second language I think you'd want us to extend you the same courtesy. Also if you think about the business of this server, we don't know how much it makes and how many developers they can afford. It seems they have overseas developers to save costs, who once again, speak english as a second language.

 

I agree gravity milks players of its' servers for all they got (don't ask me why they don't lawsuit all the private servers to force players back- maybe international jurisdiction issues?). As a company it has lots of employees to pay, and it must be gearing for it's next move, whatever it is.

anyway yes, and to make things more jumbled, in here they introduce both item from japan and korea which uses another whole different language. sometimes the translation is very jumbled like Storm Mufflertm
