View tickets
Click the ticket you wish to view, and it should be there along with your originally sent ticket.

I forgot to save the Ticket ID, now I can check whether is is answered. What should I do?
Assuming it has already been 48 hours since you made the ticket, you should first check your email for a reply from support.
You can also check your tickets online but you need to make an account. Here is the link if you want to do that https://support.warp...rmRegister.aspx

I submitted the ticket under an account but in order to view my ticket submission history, it's likely that I have to enter the ticketID, which is a bit awkward.
I will wait for the email then.
Regards.

Forgetting to save the ticket id isn't a problem.
If you log into the Account that you sent the ticket on, just select "view tickets"
Any and all tickets, that you have sent from that Account, will be listed to you.
In the ticket list, you should be able to see the Subject, status, open date and the last activity of all submitted tickets, past and present.
You should also be able to view each and every one.
