So im doing bout 30-40+k with RC now with edp

 

with out edp bout 10-15k with rc

there's something I don't understand: how don't you DA using daggers? You don't put points in the skill?

yes, job 42 thief and change job. double dagger crit requires that you have NO double attack or you are looking at a character remake.

If you go that route I'd suggest still getting DA (but changing to sin-x at job 42) so that you can get double attack so that you can get advanced katar mastery to level with RC. later, when you are done leveling, skill reset and don't take DA. Just my 0.02c.

Pretty much this, Cenere Card if u still need aspd, Petal Card to max out crit dmg (50% crit dmg on a fatal10 FAW having 120 luk ). Wakwak card worth only for RC and skills, or DA builds(damn my fs FAW gonna give 117atk do my gx /slur)

Also technically the cards are already in the first post under "future" additions, I'll be updating the thread later as I'm not playing RO much these days. Been pulled in by another game for at least a bit.

OK so a +12 rwc knife with +12 ice pick. Both can put card in I think. Which cards would u put in which for best damage out put. Str/ attk build and/or crit build

RWC Knife and Ice pick are not good pair.

When you use ice pick you should use other gear that has more card slots

such as main gauche[4] or sandstorm[4]. If your ASPD is not enough you could use Krieg[3] with ASPD enchant.

 

2 card slots:  

AKx2 = 150%

AK + Race/Element = 150%

AK + Race/element does slightly better damage if you have ATK% bonus already.

 

3 card slots:

AKx2 + Race/Element = 180%

AKx3 =  175%

 

4 card slots:

AKx2 + Race + Element = 216%

AKx2 + Racex2/Elementx2 = 210%

AKx3 + Race/Element = 210%

 

5 card slots:

AKx2 + Racex2 + Element = 252%

AKx2 + Race + Elementx2 = 252%

AKx3 + Race + Element = 252%

 

6 card slots:

AKx2 + Racex2 + Elementx2 = 294%

AKx3 + Racex2 + Element = 294%

AKx3 + Race + Elementx2 = 294%

 

7 card slots:

AKx3 + Racex2 + Elementx2 = 343%

 

If you use Ice pick on high DEF monster, you don't really need a Drake card.

If use FQL or Scalpel for low DEF monster, it's better to use a Drake card.

those are only against boss monsters arent they? any other advice for non boss monsters. or does it still apply from what u said?

Ah, you use DD crit on normal monster as well?

I use katars for normal monsters even with DD Crit build.

So, I never have calculated.

All I can say is Aunoe card is not good card to use if you want to maximize the damage.

The DD crit build is primarily for end game play with people who are willing to invest in it. check out the more conventional builds in irowiki.org for newer sin builds.

I did 320k crit on Ifrit without Eddga proc. But, I forgot to turn on noctrl and failed lol.

This is without Ktullanux. With Ktullanux card and Eddga proc would be somewhere 600k to 700k I guess.

I don't think we even need ktullanux to kill Ifrit.
