You can crit with double attack now (for like a year or more) so the ancient guide on the first page is very outdated, especially given all the new gear from OCP and some from content updates.

hi, im out of the loop for like more than a year. so katar crit GX can now do DA DD since DA do crits now?

Short answer no, long answer below. 

 

There's been so much OCP gear that is both expensive, incredibly powerful, and often competitive with one another for marginal gains based on one's build (imperial set versus gambler set versus mob scarf etc.)

 

I don't have such a guide, and at this point there's so many gear options that you can produce (for about the same cost) 5-8 builds that are all "about as equally good" with some being better than others based on what stats you want to use and what gear you have or are willing to buy.

 

Though the best weapon you can opt for is probably still the JDR with the dog tag since it's just so goddamn powerful.

On the Recent Patch, Would Jur DA do more damage vs DD DA Crit? 

I am playing on RT and have not Jur to test. 
I currently have Damascus 2paper 24% crit damage / Maingauche [4] 4x 10% +7 crit cards. VS +10 Jur AGI4 24%crit damage 2paper/1SW
