That jRO page indicates these are upcoming content for Q1 2015 and beyond. It advertises Tower of Genie, another time-traveling instance to reconstruct an epic battle, the new year's event, etc., and then goes on to mention the "Second Costume" System they are working on, and that all the designs are in development still.

 

That said, kRO *did* just add some stuff to the client recently for "styling" your characters...

 

(Also I love *most* of the new sprites and would take them in a heartbeat over the originals. A few I wouldn't though, like the, Bishiop,  Sorcerer or Rune Knight. Rest are super awesome, like the Wanderer one <3<3<3, ranger, and GX).

Costumes on top of Costumes? They might as well give us slotted costumes so we can wear x2 taos and cover it up with a 3rd costume tab.

Funny because they didn't censor out the tabs on the bottom of whatever graphics authoring app they're using. Must be because the labels are in Korean.

Absolutely no news on Genes, though there's a lot of speculation. It's probably the most anticipated costume by the community atm.

 

Fun fact but apparently the costume design team wanted to rework GX the most, citing the necessity of a cape and a drastic reduction in the number of "thorns" as their primary concern XD

I hope Gene's new design will be less obnoxious as the current one. Made me want to strangle people whenever someone asked me to draw gene.

I've been keeping my Pala from becoming an RG because of the stupid-looking sprite, but if that one Almr showed comes, I will race to RG ASAP.

Because kRO artists are a hit and miss when it comes to job class designs.
