So I've already posted that I have had issues since the last maintenance, but I didn't want to hijack the OP's thread. I've performed multiple things in order to remedy the problem of the game crashing as soon as I try to launch it after the update installs.

So anyhow, the thought came to mind with the one question none of the devs had asked for: A crash event log. Hope this helps.

The client was patched without problem then? You can go to the requiem folder and open the version.dat file with notepad to check what it said inside. It should be like this:

UserGameVersion=00000413; (never modify this value)
UserPatchVersion=00000413;

If it isnt then you can try to do a manual patch. You can place the manual patch, that you can download here http://forums.warppo...s/page__st__175 and then modify the UserPatchVersion to the last patch (you must download them all, from the one after the last one you have to the last one) you downloaded (the latest one available is the 413). Save and exit, then run the updaterusa.exe to update.

If that isnt the problem, then wich error do you get? and when you get it? sorry, but i dont know what means what you posted above. You also can try to sumbit a ticket to the support center https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx explain them what happen and add the text you first posted, that may help: since we are at the middle of the week, the answer shouldnt take more than 24-48 hours.

Then the game works fine but something is blocking it from start. Are you playing win windows vista? Are you running it as administrator? Check here, is the guide about how install and run the game under windows vista and seven: http://forums.warppo...ows-7-or-vista/

Also, the problem could be that your firewall and/or antivirus are blocking it, check here: https://support.warp...ng-requiem.aspx

The problem could be with comodo firewall. Try to add the requiem.exe to the comodo firewall exceptions.

A few threads about that, you also can make your own search in the forum, use the key world Comodo, for example.

In fact if you use Comodo it's quite easy.
Since the game is packed by freaky corean ppl, you must deactivate the execution flow control.
Defense+/Defense+ Settings/Execution Control Settings/Exclusions
there add Requiem.exe
And it works.
