To start this Quest you need to be Level 15, you will get a Bell on the left side of the screen that looks like this 
Act 1
Message from Arua's Fairy
Arua's Fairy contacts you asking if you would investigate some strange people that have recently been appearing. You can start by talking to [Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis in The Canyon City of Zant.

Act 2
Lost Children
After talking to [Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis, you learn that some children have gone missing. You are asked to go talk to either [Village Chief] Cornell, [Guide] Lena, or [Designer] Keenu.
If you need help locating any of these NPCs look in the spoiler.
After talking to one of them, they will direct you to [Livestock Farmer] Lampa who has seen something after the Children disappeared.
If you need help locating Lampa look in the spoiler.
Lampa says he has seen a man in a red robe carrying something out of the village, and suggests looking around the outskirts for clues.
If you need help locating the children look in the spoiler.
Upon talking to the Child you choose, they will turn into a Bersek and start fighting you, you will have to fight them.
Quest item, Soul Crystal 
is dropped when you defeat the Berserk Child.
Return to Cornell, Lena, or Keenu (the one you picked) and tell them the bad news.
The news shocks them and you will have to let them calm down, talk to them again and

Act 3
Soul Crystal
It's too early to give up on the children yet, so you are sent to [Eccentric Inventor] Spero to see if he can help. Spero says he isn't sure what to do, and you should talk to someone who is Magic and see what they can do for the Child. [Arumic Merchant] Tryteh is a magic user, so go consult her on this matter.
If you need help locating Spero or Tryteh look in the spoiler.
Tryteh says she isn't sure, but will try a potion. and needs some ingredients.

Return with all the items and Tryteh will start making the potion.
Talk to Tryteh again to continue.
Tryteh says it won't work, and you talk to Cornell, Lena, or Keenu again to finish.

Act 4
Info from Arua's Fairy
You will see the bell show up on the left side of the screen after finishing the previous quest line.
Arua's Fairy thinks you should talk to [Old Man] Myad, he may know what the Red Robed man was up to.

Myad thinks [Ferrell Guild Staff] Seyon might have caught word of what is going on in his travels to The Canyon City of Zant.

Act 5
Dreadful Epidemic
[Old Man] Myad thinks that [Ferrell Guild Staff] Seyon might know more about the epidemic, so go talk to him.
If you need help finding Seyon look in the spoiler
Seyon says he saw the Red Robed man near the Mushrooms to the South, so go check it out!
If you need help finding the Mushrooms look in the spoiler.
When you get there as you walk to the Stump that Mushrooms are growing off of, you get a pop up message saying you have found something.
You dig it up with your hands and find an Enigmatic Emblem 
.
Take this to Myad and see if he knows what it means.
Myad thinks the Red Robed man was a Sorcerer, and sends you to [Cleric] Karitte for more information.
If you need help finding Karitte look in the spoiler.
Karitte identifies the emblem as the Diagram from page 128 in Volume 3 of the Dreadful Book. You have no idea what this means.
She explains it has to do with magic that will decompose things.
She needs to make a potion to cure the ones affected by this magic, and to purify the soil around the mushrooms.
You will need to fight Elder Pumpkins to get the seeds.

Once you get all 10 return to Karitte so she can make the potion. You have 30 minutes to complete this part.
Remember you have to do this in order!
The soil of Purification should be in the same spot as the Emblem was found.

Now talk to Myad to find out what to do with the Antidotes quickly before the time runs out!
Myad says that Ronk and Pony need the antidotes, so hurry and give it to them and come back.

Myad asks if they could rely on you if anything else happens to endanger the village later on, you agree to help of course.
You get a present too!

Act 6
Info from Arua's Fairy part 2
Again the lovely little bell will appear on the left side of the screen when you complete this quest.
The Fairy tells you that Arua is pleased with your current work on her behalf, and thinks you should go talk to [Tavern Owner] Sharlin and see if she saw something strange recently.

Act 7
The Man in the Red Robe
Seems the Red Robed man is at it again! They went through [Resident] Luth's place, and headed off for the Valley of Luxem Tower! Go see if [Cleric] Karitte saw anything.
Need a reminder of where Karitte is, look in the spoiler!
Karitte says the Red Robed man was doing something with the Pomics to the East, go check them out.
Need help locating some Pomics, look in the spoiler!
This is an order by Herune
You both collaborate and find out that they have drugged the Pomics, Karitte thinks it would be bad to let the drugged ones alone, so you get to go Slaughter them!
Reminder of where the pomics are.

Pretty much at this point you just start wailing on Pomics until some Infected Pomics show up.
Each time you kill an Infected Pomic you will get a proof in your quest log - 
After you get all 6 Pomic kills, the proofs will disappear. Return to Karitte and let her know you killed all the Drugged Pomics.
Karitte thinks Myad might know more about this Herune person, so go ask him.
Reminder of where Myad is.
Sounds an awful lot like this Herune and Myad know each other. Go check around the Mushrooms for anything Herune might have left there.

You find a Symbolic Necklace - 
Return to Myad and see if he knows what it is.
Seems it is an Ikaness Necklace, which as we all know, the Ikaness used to be a formidable threat to the Junon Order. There are few remaining these days that still worship the god Hebarn.
Myad suggests you talk to [Akram Minister] Mairard about the Ikaness since he is one of the Ministers.

Act 8
The Enigmatic Ikaness
Talking to [Akram Minister] Mairard has revealed that there was bad blood between the two orders and it was defeated. Mairard sends you to an elder in Junon Polis by way of Boat to deliver a letter - 
The Boat.
Look for [Ferrell Guild Staff] Peron on the docks to get a free ride to Junon Polis.
You will arrive here
When you arrive you are at the docks in Junon Polis, head to the West to the Junon Order Elders and talk to [Junon Order Elder] Gorthein.
For help finding Gorthein look in the spoiler.
Gorthein pretty much avoids telling you much and sends you with a package - 
back to Mairard, talk to Itz for a free ride back.
To find Itz look here!
Back in Adventurer's Plains find Mairard and give him the package, he reveals that Gorthein has sent your reward with you!

Unforeseen Resolution
Arua's Fairy has contacted you again, this time it seems something has Shaken up Arua pretty bad and you need to talk to her. Yes you read that correctly! YOU a visitor of no less than 20 levels gets to meet the Goddess herself!
First thing to do is go talk to [Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis again, he knows how to safely talk to the Goddess.

Francis says that you need the Holy Staff of Junon for him to help you. The Junon Order lost the staff long ago during a monster raid. He thinks [Ferrell Guild Staff] Belz will know what's happened to it since he seems to know everything that happens on Junon.

Suspicion
Arua's Fairy shows up and talks about the recent activities for a little bit then leaves.
Whats this, another bell, is it bugged?
Not at all! It's everyone's favorite [Cosmic Vassal] Little Angel of Junon
He tells you to be careful around Arua's Fairy since she has been disappearing without letting anyone know where she is going.
You try to get him to tell you more but he disappears and Arua's Fairy shows back up asking if you met Arua yet.
Arua's Fairy tells you to go to the City of Junon Polis and talk to [Tavern Owner] Harin.
