excuse me, the quest for this main story has not been updated or already?, curious about the story

it currently ends when you get to the planet Eldeon, until they get a new quest writer to continue it I doubt there will be any updates to it.

To start this Quest you need to be Level 15, you will get a Bell on the left side of the screen that looks like this

Arua's Fairy contacts you asking if you would investigate some strange people that have recently been appearing. You can start by talking to [Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis in The Canyon City of Zant.
