I don't want to stop receiving notifications, but I really hate the fact that every single post that comes after mine in the thread, generates a new notification, instead of just telling that there is a notification, and then, often I see my notification box filled by 50+ notifications, being 70% of them about the same topic.

You can just set it to not notify you instantly after every little thing. You'll still receive notifications in your notifications list (the alert button between your inbox and username on the top bar). I set my notification frequency to none and my notification list still gets notifications.
Don't see why you need notifications about threads since the forums already stars threads you're participating in. (The dot in front of the thread gets changed into a star once you...

Ragnarok Online would be cool if randomly spawned treasure chests on maps with useful loot, but then I remembered of the bots on maps...

GMs don't come onto the forums, their station is the Support system. Volunteer moderators are just that, volunteers. Their jurisdiction applies primarily to the forums. Anything else is reported to the CMs.

If one wants to make Ragnarok harder, just remove Fly Wings, Butterfly Wings, the Novice equipments, Novice Potions, Teleport Ticket and Warehouse Tickets from tutorial rewards.
