Hello Everyone! The Daylight Savings Time Server Restart is complete, and the Warpportal game servers are back online at this time!

Hello Everyone, Due to Daylight Savings Time beginning once again, Warpportal will have a server restart on many of our games on 3/8/2020 starting at 1:50AM PST (before the time change). During this time, access to Warpportal games may be unavailable while server restarts are ongoing. Updates will go up on our social media as soon as the time change has finished and all servers are back up from their restart.

Hello Everyone! All games and websites are back online at this time from the Warpportal Service Downtime! Requiem is still experiencing issues with Steam and that is being worked on by our team. Hello Everyone! The Warpportal Service Downtime is still affecting RO2, Requiem Steam, and Warpportal Website services at this time, including the Power Up payment options for all games. Further updates will be posted as soon as these services are back online!

On February 24,2020 - February 26th, 2020 the Warpportal team will be moving our system servers to a new location which is a process that will unfortunately cause all Warpportal Games and Services (websites, support systems) to be offline. Services will begin being affected on February 24th starting at 10 AM PST, and be completely offline by 11 AM PST. We expect to be online again by Wednesday February 26th at 6PM PST, and will post updates to social media once everything is back online.

Hello Everyone, The Warpportal website will be having a server maintenance on 1/3/2020 at 2PM PST – 4PM PST. During this time the Warpportal websites and Power Up services may be disrupted and you may experience issues connecting to these services. Updates will be posted on Warpportal social media once this maintenance is complete.

The second wave of Ragnarok Transcendence Closed Beta Test emails are going out now! If you do not yet have a Closed Beta Test key and have pre-registered, please check your email for your Closed Beta Test key!

Hello Everyone! Please know at this time there is a delay on tickets coming in to the support team. Your ticket will still be processed, but while the technical support team is resolving this issue, ticket response times may be slower. We will update further here once this matter has been resolved.
