Racoon 25 in Santa House.

And for Polar Hat, you need to start from the Gift Shop quest (The one that asked you to collect Bag of Selling Goods). Then continue to do Raccoon Clerk Quest (Collect at least 50 XMAS Cookies). Then speak to the Raccoon Captain at middle of Pront and it will ask you to find 5 Raccoon in Lutie. Find those 5 raccoon and speak to Raccoon Captain again to claim your headgear, Yam and XMAS firework.

I am soooo sorry. that hella sucks. idk how your XMAS cookies are gone tho. cause i put mine in storage. do you think they are there? or maybe on another character? cause i still had mine.



so to answer these two questions. an idea just came up.
i was reading and i remember that there is another event going to happen. its called a Glitch in Time, and then it got me thinking...
THERE IS A GLITCH RIGHT NOW and it seems that warp portal is 'dodging' the issue... maybe they dont want to give it away?

id ont know, maybe tit is apart of the evbent or maybe its not, but they seem to not be asnwering any of the tickets. i sent mine ina nd i got a replay saying that they are resolving the issue and stuff. i sent them pictures of the ncp repeating the same thing.

Omg in response to what i posted earlier--have u or anyone ever been looking at ur storage or items and ur just like "its gone, my stuff is gone-omg where did it go and u start searching frantically and finally ur just like ok, im gonna turn off the game or just vend afk for awhile and when u get back on ur items are right where they should be??lol, idk if i had a subconscious fear that my cookies would b gone or the quest would get messed up but for some reason when i first looked it seemed like my stuff was gone when all i needed to do was log off and come back later in non frantic sort of mind-im still laughing at myself over it. When i saw my coo.kies safe and sound my first thought was "oh no, i need to fix that on the forums" lol. I dont have a quest log or anything which seems normal and the raccoon still telling me he needs 50 cookies so it looks like i dont have to start all over. Panicked a lil too soon on that one lol. oh and in Prontera i saw somebody wearin the polar bear hat-looked pretty cool. i tried to check their equip to see if it was regular or costume, but it was not open to public. Is it correct everyones pretty sure we go no costume version?

If you want the regular Polar Bear Cap headgear, talk to Raccoon #s 1, 2, 5, 15, 25 in that order.
Does anyone know how to find their positions? Ive found 2 and 5, but the others...

1) 99, 212 look a bit south and it should be past the fence, asks for 20 xmas cookies.

2) Lutie:130, 156 asks for 20 xmas cookies.

3) Lutie: 184, 101 20 stolen cookies.

5) Lutie: 180, 149 asks for 20 stolen candies.

7) Lutie: 211, 159 asks for 20 stolen candies.

10) Lutie: 127, 96 asks for 20 xmas cookies.

11) Lutie Tool Shop, asks for 20 stolen cookies.

12) south of #10, asks for nothing.

15) a little bit north of #2, asks for 20 stolen cookies.

17) east of #3 asks for 20 xmas cookies.

19) 167, 235 asks for 10 xmas cookies.

20) In the house directly west of #2, asks for 10 xmas cookies.

23) Lutie: 111, 271 asks for nothing.

So i guess this is the intended reward no costume polar bear cap only normal, unless a gm can confirm it. Not really worth doing this more then ounce :/
